“Order of batteries arrived in a PO bag as the original envelope had split in transit. Two of the cards of batteries were missing. I contacted HAB telling them of this and attaching photos as proof. I was immediately offered a partial refund for the missing items. This I accepted and the money was returned the same day. Excellent service.”

“I was looking for domes for a hearing aid and I found this company so helpful. Goods were delivered as promised. At the minute I cant rate the actual domes as they are for an elderly man in Kenya Africa.”

“I needed some spare click semi open domes for my Specsavers Advance (eg Signia) hearing aids. I was quoted £18 by the shop for a pack, which seemed a tad pricy. Luckily, I came across HABs listing which offered not only a full selection of domes, but also explained what each type was and made choosing pretty easy. One aspect that annoyed me slightly - the website says, if unsure about fitment, send your hearing aid details and they will advise on suitability. So I did - everything from model to serial number. And the helpful advice? You will have to consult with your audiologist! Really? Other than that waste of time, I was delighted with the value of the supplied domes, which were official, retail packaged Signia domes. I will definately be using HAB again - many thanks!”

“I contacted HAB after my receiver wire snapped and my Audiologist could not replace it. HAB were extremely helpful in sourcing the correct replacement and the tool needed to affect the replacement. They also had a helpful video to show hoe to replace. The only downside was the shape of the replacement which has caused some pain in my ear.”
