Text reminders and information were really useful. Helen, the Audiologist explained very clearly every stage of the treatment process, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. The clinic was lovely. Modern and bright and somewhere to hang your coat on arrival. Ample parking facilities. After care was excellent. A very high standard of care throughout the appointment. Highly recommended.”
