Hi Lewis, if you are having any issues getting the kit working please email us for help, your 3 star review seems to indicate that you are? I'm not sure because you have not contacted us as yet to indicate you are having any issues. I'm also wondering why you would give us a 3 star review for our service levels when you have obviously received the item, and in good time, and not let us know if you are having any issues? “Good people to deal with, owner seems particularly decent. But should you want delivery outside the EU there seems to be no way the Co can avoid charging VAT. Bit of a downer there........David. New Zealand.”

“No bother placing order BUT there was no given delivery date so didn't know when to expect it and it took slightly longer than I anticipated, but it went through the letter box so it was not necessary to wait in. On the whole quite pleased.”

“Please make sure that you pack batteries flat so that the package will go through a standard letter box. On the last couple of orders I have had to go to the Royal Mail depot to collect because the post man cannot deliver when I am out”

“When I purchased the mobile phone from you I had previously attempted the same from 3 other websites all telling me that the phone I required (M7000i) was in stock , then after ordering and waiting delivery find out they did not have the item at all. Each time had to request a refund. Now I needed this phone as my hearing is so bad. So it was with grave doubt saw that HAB were advertising it and even cheaper I might add. Ordered the phone from them,and would have received it in 2 days post free if the delivery company had not defaulted. Anyway soon had it delivered. So have to praise this company for honesty and service. Well done. PS If you also, if you have very bad hearing problems suggest you try this phone from them. it really works. Thank you HAB”

“Asked question via email, answered promptly ordered batteries operation easy and efficient, we live in spain and have rather a long address but HAB's system coped with it where others failed, not delivered yet as Spanish system rather on the slow side but very happy with service given”
