“Gruum is a fantastic company with a superb and excellent quality range of products. I moved to the solid shampoo and conditioner range a number of years ago and my hair has never been happier, now use the solid moisturiser, face oils, masks and soaps too. I'm a total convert and my skin loves it! Customer service is great, very often special offers and postage fast and always accurate. A loyalty program would be a good idea and if there was a way of recycling the razor blades and packaging even better, as would further the environmentally friendly aspect. Keep it up, look forward to more discoveries in the range!”

“I've ordered from Gruum a few times now. Mainly either soap bars or shaving oils and moisturisers for my husband. We have both been happy with the products, he likes the minimal look of the packaging. Items always arrive in good time and safely packaged in cardboard boxes. The boxes have always been just big enough for the contents and not over packaged in huge containers like some companies.”

“Very good company. Quick to send replacements if any items get damaged. I've tried a wide variety of their products, and most of them are amazing, although I'm not keen on their shampoo and conditioner bars. They left my hair dry, greasy, and heavy all at the same time. I live in a hard water area, and my hair was ridiculously squeaky after washing it out, and the conditioner is super hard to lather, so one time you use way too much and the other not enough. I'm also not keen on the face cleansers or face soap bars. I suffer from acne, and all it did was make it worse. Other than that, all of my other purchases (face oils, body oils, lip oils, serums, suncream, roll-on fragrances, etc) have all been excellent.”

“Lots of great products to choose from with helpful advice on how to use / apply and in some cases what to mix with. I like how each product has details about what it's ingredients. The subscription options are a good idea and I set my first one up, then adjusted it by one month once I knew how long the product lasts. I will do more of this as I decide which products I like best”

“I got my first 3 items from Gruum for free (only postage I had to pay), and I love them all! Especilly liked the Gentle Moisturier as my skin is very sensitive and the procuct made my skin feel very soft. I will definitely going to continue using them. Thank you”

“Easy to order and comes well packaged . We bought a box set for a Christmas present and it came beautifully wrapped. Such great products with sizes that mean the products are ideal if you are a frequent traveller. Feels good as a purchaser to support a small ethical company .”

Customer service is excellent; I sent a query via email and I had a reply just over 24 hours later which was very helpful and friendly.”

“I don't normally write reviews but feel inspired to do so in this case because I am so impressed by Gruum's products! I first discovered the brand in Instagram (I think) a few years ago - I had been considering shampoo bars as an alternative to my usual hair products, mainly to reduce my plastic consumption. The bars didn't pursuade me away from my usual Redken shampoo, but the cleansing soap bar (charcoal infused) that came with the shampoo and conditioner bars is now a bathroom staple. I love it. In November, I returned to the Gruum website with the intention of ordering a replacement cleansing bar, but was temped by one of the gift sets which included my favourite bar and lots of other exciting bits (Black Friday special) and am so glad I treated myself. I love in particular the roll-on perfume which smells gorgeous, lasts well and can be popped in a handbag; and the 'Prala' radiance facial cream which feels so luxurious and soothing - it does an amazing job. I haven't yet opended the reed diffuser or pumpkin seed oil, but I have high hopes. I just love how naturally delicious all the products smell and how effective they are. I am after a good hand cream and lip balm for winter and am looking forward to seeing what Gruum have on offer. I promise Gruum haven't paid me to write this, I'm just very enthusiastic about their products!”
