The sample products are good. However I was receiving emails nearly every day and have asked to unsubscribe at least 10 times. But I’m still receiving emails. This has put me off wanting to order more products from them in future.

It took forever to arrive Shampoo Soap do not at all lather The idea of using skin care in a form of soap is not at all good . Once the soap is out of the package, then you do not know which is for what.

At last I’ve found a Gruum product that works ok- the shave bar. Provides a good lather and offers a pleasant odour. Why 2 stars? This reflects other products that are not good at all. The razor only works if you hold the head of it when shaving otherwise it’s useless. Blades have limited life. Other products such as the shower bar were just like lumps of plastic and did nothing. I’d love for a UK co. to succeed but test and improve products before inflicting on an unwary public.

Haven’t tried it yet as already have diffusers on the go. However it is so teeny weeny it’s hardly worth the bother, and since no melter/heater is supplied with the wax I can’t use them.

Unfortunately we don't currently sell the burners for the wax melts however you can find them in most Homeware shops and you would be able to use the melts as they have a lovely scent. I really wanted to like Gruum products, their heart seems to be in the right place and I'd love to be more environmentally friendly in my day-to-day life, but... The products just aren't great (for me at least). The fragrances can be very hit-or-miss, I've had a couple of 'room ordorizers' (air freshners) and they smell very old fashioned (ie. like a nursing home), the shower gel bars are pretty much unusable due to not 'lathering-up' – I can often spend several minutes rubbing them against an abrasive wash cloth before there's enough suds to use. So, B+ for effort, E for execution. :-(

Half my order was missing because the packaging was insufficient and Royal Mail had to deliver in a bag. Products missing were redelivered. Plastic bottles are more flimsy than they used to be….pour out faster and in higher quantity…..therefore get through them quicker. I feel that the quality has reduced to respond to higher quantity of orders via Vodafone rewards. Previously I have reordered following promos but disappointed this time and would question the value. Quality reduced to meet demand.

Hi, I had a free sample of the products sent to me via My Vodafone rewards, and I wasn’t best pleased if I’m totally honest. The box was open before I got my hands on it, the product is really watery, haven’t noticed any difference in my skin either. It does smell nice, not strong enough to cause a sensitivity reaction but just a ‘clean’ smell. I’m sorry, I don’t think I’ll be ordering in the future but good luck.

Unfortunately we never received this item, which was disappointing as this is the main reason I bought the pack. I've leave two stars just because of the nil stock but does not reflect Gruums products they are good.

Order took over a week to be dispatched to arrive with zero updates in between. Poor experience and customer service was difficult to get hold of with again a delayed response.

I didn't receive everything that I ordered. Now granted I got a voucher for a skin care package. I was supposed to receive 4 items but only got sent one thing. Truthfully, I haven't tried the one product that I got because of the other missing items.

it takes 3 weeks for the product to arrive, tried to contact the customer service only served by their robot, even until today the products haven't been sent by them to my address. Ordered two weeks ago and they said the products will be ready in the next 5 days. crazy

As cheap as it was the suncream daily spf50 was showing as a 0 out of 100% on yuka. Endocrine disrupted, not great for keeping on your skin every day. Work on your ingredients please.

Room and pillow spray are delightful. I don’t find that the sleep butter actually melts at all, it’s like odd lumps in the bath. I used the charcoal cleanser hoping it would be good on my skin and within 1 minute I had to take it off as it was burning my skin, wiped all off and my face was bright red and inflamed.

The sleep butter can sometimes have a thicker texture, but it should still melt smoothly when in contact with warm water.
