The products are displayed to look bigger than they really are, I did chuckle when I received the order as the bottles are tiny (a bit like buying stuff from temu) On a positive note, the products smell nice... but the packaging make it look very cheap and not good value for money. In all honesty, I won these products and I wouldn't use my own money to purchase it. For the price it's not worth it , my opinion only.

Won from McDonald's and still had to pay shipping, that aside the product was fine, nothing overly special but don't think I'd justify the prices personally.

I got a free voucher for gruum off McDonald's monopoly game. I paid for delivery off gruum..I saw the original price and thought i was getting a bargain. £22 for the shower gel bundle (2 items) when they arrive i very disappointed in the side of the items. I would not pay £22 for the products you sell.

I Won this threw Macdonlds Monopoly Instant Wins! Only had to pay Postage " When it Arrived it was X2 Items in Gift St Really Small and this would have Cost me £12 . Total Ripp off. I wouldn't have paid the Postage amount if I knew what I would receive!!

Ordering process was good but I don't rate the products. The face moisturiser is VERY heavily franganced, not in a good way, i dont mind a small ammount of scent but this feels too scented for my face. It's also very thin and doesn't feel very mouturising more watery. The moisturiser also pills on the skin even without any other skincare beforehand.

Dear Simon, Thank you for reaching out and for your kind message. I actually wanted to get in touch regarding an issue I had with one of your products. One of my favorite polos, a long-sleeve shirt, was unfortunately ruined by your roll-on fragrance oil. It seems the applicator on my Santorini Summer roll-on wasn’t properly fixed, and a significant amount of oil spilled onto my clothing. Despite several washes, I haven’t been able to remove the stain, which is really disappointing as it’s a shirt I truly liked. I really enjoy your products, and it’s unfortunate that this happened, as I understand oils can be tricky. I wanted to let you know in case there’s something that can be done to address this issue or to prevent it from happening in the future. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Invested in an Oska razor that takes Osku blades and used it for a number of years - happily. The Oska and Osku blades have been discontinued so now the razor is useless. The replacement razor (plastic) now being marketed is very light and feels rather cheap, certainly nowhere near the heft and quality of the Oska razor. So disappointed to find that I now have to look for a new razor with the right heft and balance to replace the Oska. If you wanted to replace the Oska razor surely you could have come up with something more substantial than the one you have.

The product was fine but the constant spam emails are very annoying and unsubscribing hasn't stopped them. For that reason I'd not buy again or recommend Gruum.

Alergic reaction to the shower gel recevied. Very badly made, and very watery. Not to my liking. Extremely cheap. For the price paid, this shouldn't be watered down. Very much like all their oil products, which are watered down.

Unfortunately the spf contains ingredients which are known hormone disruptors. For that reason I will not repurchase. It also stings my eyes. Please bring out a clean mineral spf.

Im a bit confused about one of your products, the “after sun face oil bar”. I was under the impression that products containing oils (sunflower, coconut etc.) should NOT be used on burnt skin, as they do not allow heat to escape from the surface, which is what is needed for the skin to heal..?

Delivery was quick and ordering was easy but the sun cream was still white and needed lots of rubbing in which is not ideal for face suncream. Also the bottle was smaller than expected for the price.
