A message to thank you for ordering- but no delivery!!!! The Package still not received- I expected it to have arrived by now so I cannot comment on products….! But delays in posting aren’t on- I have paid for a product not to be received, so this message to thank me is futile

I ordered the shower gel bars in an offer through Railcard. They took a while to arrive but they were nicely packaged. Unfortunately, when I went to use them they did not lather up at all, and I was very disappointed (although the smells were amazing)

My husband had the five items for the cost of postage, and now we carnt close the account You've taken a further £35.50 out if our account with no emails sent from you. I've left emails asking you to get in touch but nothing 😡

pathetic products absolute rubbish, scamming thieves no quality no natural fragrance. natural soaps arent supposed to be so harsh, hair soap has plasticy effect on hair. Ur products should be banned

I had a promotion from Vodafone where I would receive two products if I paid just p+p. I paid the p+p, however no package was received. So I jave given a poor due to non receipt of products, however the customer service was 5 star. I complained and asked for my p+p to be refunded as I did not receive any products and they actioned it straight away.

I had been eagerly anticipating using this product and there is nothing I would like more than to give a glowing review, I am however unable to do that. Firstly to the positives - I love the smell. Now to the negatives - I followed the instructions to the letter, there was no lather, I mean at all. Zero. Secondly, the after shower experience was unpleasant. It felt like there was some kind of residue on my skin, so much so that I showered again with traditional liquid shower gel. All in all very disappointing.

The Tvatta Shower gel bars, do not foam like regular shower gel as they are soap-free. The surfactant in the product is derived from coconut and cleans just as well however the bars do not create large bubbles but are more of a creamy layer that cleans and moisturises the skin at the same time. The item was so small in size and nothing like the picture we bought from the Vodafone app. The smell dissapears in seconds as well.

I bought the item as there were was an offer on it. I thought I was going to recieve three little perfumes as indicated on the website! When I opend the boxes I found three soft sticks of God knows what with hardly any smell to it. At first I thought it must be some kind of candles or maybe melt it on something!! There was no indication as to what this product was or how to use it so it ended in the bin.
