Overall, I’m disappointed. The products are significantly smaller than comparable options on the market. Quality doesn’t feel any different from standard products.

Hi there! Thank you for your feedback! I can see from the photo that you're comparing our face sunscreen with a body sunscreen (the Nivea product shown is a 200ml body sunscreen). Our 50ml face sunscreen is the standard industry size for facial SPF products. We also offer a 100ml face sunscreen and a 200ml body sunscreen, though both are currently out of stock. We understand our tubes may look smaller than expected - that's because we use slimline, space-saving packaging without unnecessary outer boxes or oversized containers. The actual product volume is the same as other face sunscreens on the market. Our sunscreen offers SPF50 with 5-star UVA protection, which is among the highest level of protection available. If you'd like a larger format for body use, we'd be happy to notify you when our 200ml body sunscreen is back in stock - just click the ''Notify me'' button and enter your email address!

Good products but the bottles weren't designed well. The base, for example, of a diffuser was rectangular with a proportionately tall bottle - meaning likely to fall over easily. Same with the lip balm bottles, proportiontely too tall and always fallin gover easily.

I purchased the intensive hydration moisturiser previously and loved it, this time when I repurchased the moisturiser and found the texture and consistency to be different. I was disapointed by this as I do not find the moisturiser as hydrating now.

Products excellent and good quality but pricey. Extremely disappointed that despite help from your team we couldn't get the take20 or dm20 I had wouldn't work on any product combination And failed at checkout. So my daily mail reward was lost and I haven't reordered so lost mufree lip conditioner as well

These new razors are noticeably inferior to their original model. Mostly this is because I find the precision blade on the back of the "face" model of razor to basically useless now. The shape of the handle is an improvement, but I dislike how light it feels in my hand.

I'm loving the products so far but not 100% sure how they differentiate with other similar products in the market in terms of results. I will continue using them though until they are finished.

Very disappointing. Packaging and branding is good as is delivery. The products we got were greasy and oily and not pleasant to use. Finally compared to other similar products I feel they are overpriced.

it was very easy to order on the site but i brought the prouducts for a christmas present but for the £45 the prouducts are way too small for the prix and would be used within a month.

I have used a lot of the Gruum products and alwsys been hapy with them. I like th design and the products themselves. Recently i had the plumping pepermint lip conditioner, i did not like this product, it did not feel conditioning at all, i even feel like the product could be faulty as the liquid is nearly chemical like in as much as it seems to dehydrate my lips and feels harsh and not at all conditoning. I fed this info back hoping that they would send me an alternative product like the passionfruit lip conditioner but they just thanked me for my feedback. So very disapointed at this point. sorry
