Brilliant products but the website is useless! I can't edit my delivery schedule or change the date of delivery which is really inconvenient. Subscription model doesn't work if there's no flexibility!

End of the day your buying a product that helps prevent sweat and at the same time smells nice, well it prevents the sweat but the fragrance is next to nothing you can hardly smell so your going to have to add your normal antiperspirants ..aftershaves/perfumes anyhows when it comes to using anti persperants body sprays is groom not there to minimize that for the love of the world we live in ... So for the price I can't see point to be honest

I purchased the sun collection via a discounted promotion via work. I have used the face sunscreen which was easy to apply and didnt leave too much of a shine or sticky feel to my skin. The lip conditioner, wasnt as expected. It wasnt easy to get the lotion onto my lips and the ball seemed sunk into the conditioner making it hard to roll without plastic touching my lips also. I havent used the bar. I dont think id happily pay for this set without the discount I had. I am happy I tried it as it was a new company and sounds like they have put time and effort into their products.

I ordered the free kit which is good, but a few comments about the lip spf, it seems to leek and it would be better if the colour was transparent. The face 30spf is good but again seems to leek from the sides of the bottle. I will keep using the face cream, not tried the face after sun but will try this on my next holiday, overall I like the products.

The face sun cream was good. Easy to apply with minimal to no white cast. However it did cause me a lot of burning to the eyes. I had to wash it off as it was unbearable. Since I've had to use a different sun cream for my eye areas. The lip conditioner was very smooth and I enjoyed the metal applicator. But it did leave a white cast on my dark lips. The after sun bar is fun and easy to use.

Body bar….lather? In the same sentence? Come ON! The story of the Emperor’s new clothes comes to mind. I think you’d get a blister or rsi before seeing lather. But once you’ve realised it’s not that you’re doing anything wrong or that your water has suddenly gone diamond hard, it imbues a pleasant smoothness to the skin.

Hi Chris, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Some of our Shower gel bars, do not foam like regular shower gel as they are soap-free. The surfactant in the product is derived from coconut and cleans just as well however the bars do not create large bubbles but are more of a creamy layer that cleans and moisturises the skin at the same time. I ordered and received sample sizes through MSE site - haven't tried them all properly yet. Shampoo/conditioner seems good, soap difficult to lather so far but nice smell. What I thought completely counter-productive (off-putting) was to be emailed daily to order more products BEFORE I'd even received my sample order above. Mentioned it a few times, but got a robotic response! Good luck with a thoughtful future.

I didn't receive the right product as they were out of stock. I received another mist that I didn't really want and the packaging/ dispenser was poorly made, so I've not actually been able to mist it

Was disappointed as I had previously been given 2 hydrat moisture massage bars, Lavender and Neroli. They were brilliant, really strong perfume and was great on eczema on my hands. I stopped using steroid cream.. the 6 I ordered were in an orange box not purple and have little smell, also not helping my hands much.

For a company that is selling sustainable products, I was really surprised that the box contained polystyrene plug packaging - natural alternatives are available so use them please otherwise your environmental claims are hypocritical.

All packing materials we use are recyclable, the packing peanuts are made from corn starch, and they are biodegradable so can be recycled along with your compostable waste. Shampoo bar is good. Body moisturiser bar is not usable. The idea is good but the body and hands need to be really hot for the bar to work. I found it scraped the skin and did not deposit any moisturiser . Now in the bin as waste of money. Yet to use conditioner and soap. No one can get soap wrong surely.

Easy to order and a great environmentally friendly product range. I bought the body butter bar, the shampoo and conditioner and the facial bar. I have yet to try the conditioner, the shampoo is good, easy to use. The body bar smells great, takes a bit of getting used to but feels nice on skin. Not a deep moisture absorbs well. The only product I wouldn’t purchase again is the facial bar. Didn’t feel it cleaned my face very well, it is gentle on the skin and not drying but alas didn’t do much to clean my face.

Guess with any product, it is always going to be hit and miss on how it works on you. Some of the gruum products have been good on me however some haven’t had the desired effects. But that’s no fault of the company, as like I said, any product you buy is going to work well for some but not everyone.
