I have not used many of your products yet. According to the ingredients Prickly Pear is excellent. Other product contain ingredients that are not good for your skin. I love the feeling of the body bar cream, but it hurts my skin trying to rub the bar over my body ! If only you could produce this item in a firm easier to apply instead of rubbing on dry skin.

Products are good, but the hair and body wash container had leaked everywhere during shipping and got the other items sticky and destroyed some of the packaging. Still leaks when not standing straight up even though the cap is on properly and there is no obvious damage, so despite small size I would not recommend using it for travel.

I really like the products, they smell lovely, are good for your hair and body. The products are affordable and the delivery is fantastic - especially when it is just posted through your letterbox. However, the large number of emails from the company trying to sell me more products and asking for reviews is very tiresome and despite numerous requests to STOP emailing, I still seem to be getting these emaisl asking for reviews. If the marketing wasn't so invasive, I would rate the company 5 stars

I have been buying Gruum products for a while now. Generally, I love their products, especially their dry oils and SPF creams. However, I have been very disappointed in the service they have offerer lately. I have just received two orders. Delivery was very efficient. No complaints there. My second order promised a free full size product surprise. I had hoped that, given their range of products, they would have selected something useful. But no. Their 'free surprise' product was a roll-on perfume. This may cost £12 for those who want to order such things but as it's not something I have EVER ordered, it is of no more use to me than the plastic packaging materials. I also ordered a Kakadu facial serum - by mistake as it happens because I hadn't realised the one I already had was the same product. I'm afraid this facial serum is absolute rubbish. It is just like water. There is no fragrance, no 'serum' feel to it and no substance as far as I can see. It dries on my face like glue. A total waste of money. In fact I think it may just be water. So I am sorry, Gruum, but you are disappointing me too many times to maintain your previous 10/10 rating. You started off so well. Perhaps success means you no longer need to really bother with customer satisfaction. Disappointing all round.

The face wash and hair serum are good, however I find the design of the containers very dull looking. also,the body butters that are place in a box melts, therefore I would suggest wrapping in paper first before placing in the box since the company is trying to not use much plastic .The body butter is rich and I did like this product,apart from it melting before I even open the small box placed into.

The shampoo is nice and it lathers up so quickly. I’m not sure about the benefits but my husband seems to like a bar of soap for washing his hair and this works for him well. I’ll be getting a replacement for him soon.

Brilliant products but the website is useless! I can't edit my delivery schedule or change the date of delivery which is really inconvenient. Subscription model doesn't work if there's no flexibility!

End of the day your buying a product that helps prevent sweat and at the same time smells nice, well it prevents the sweat but the fragrance is next to nothing you can hardly smell so your going to have to add your normal antiperspirants ..aftershaves/perfumes anyhows when it comes to using anti persperants body sprays is groom not there to minimize that for the love of the world we live in ... So for the price I can't see point to be honest

I purchased the sun collection via a discounted promotion via work. I have used the face sunscreen which was easy to apply and didnt leave too much of a shine or sticky feel to my skin. The lip conditioner, wasnt as expected. It wasnt easy to get the lotion onto my lips and the ball seemed sunk into the conditioner making it hard to roll without plastic touching my lips also. I havent used the bar. I dont think id happily pay for this set without the discount I had. I am happy I tried it as it was a new company and sounds like they have put time and effort into their products.

I ordered the free kit which is good, but a few comments about the lip spf, it seems to leek and it would be better if the colour was transparent. The face 30spf is good but again seems to leek from the sides of the bottle. I will keep using the face cream, not tried the face after sun but will try this on my next holiday, overall I like the products.

The face sun cream was good. Easy to apply with minimal to no white cast. However it did cause me a lot of burning to the eyes. I had to wash it off as it was unbearable. Since I've had to use a different sun cream for my eye areas. The lip conditioner was very smooth and I enjoyed the metal applicator. But it did leave a white cast on my dark lips. The after sun bar is fun and easy to use.

Body bar….lather? In the same sentence? Come ON! The story of the Emperor’s new clothes comes to mind. I think you’d get a blister or rsi before seeing lather. But once you’ve realised it’s not that you’re doing anything wrong or that your water has suddenly gone diamond hard, it imbues a pleasant smoothness to the skin.

Hi Chris, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Some of our Shower gel bars, do not foam like regular shower gel as they are soap-free. The surfactant in the product is derived from coconut and cleans just as well however the bars do not create large bubbles but are more of a creamy layer that cleans and moisturises the skin at the same time. I ordered and received sample sizes through MSE site - haven't tried them all properly yet. Shampoo/conditioner seems good, soap difficult to lather so far but nice smell. What I thought completely counter-productive (off-putting) was to be emailed daily to order more products BEFORE I'd even received my sample order above. Mentioned it a few times, but got a robotic response! Good luck with a thoughtful future.
