“Am really pleased with everything I have purchased and do not use anything other than your toiletries and grooming products. The fiver Friday is great to stock up on Xmas stocking fillers too. Keep doing what you're doing guys. Am a big big fan and recommended to family and friends”

“This is a very fine oil that absorbs beautifully into the skin. I use on the papery upper eyelid skin as well all over my face. It helps moisturise and get rid of the papery look. Doesn't leave a greasy feel. Really lovely stuff. I have also used on the neck and decolage area with great results. It is good to use under foundation to stop it looking too dry. Best face oil I have used. It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin as has no perfumes added to it, just lots of lovely oils. This is a tad lighter than the nousishing face oil Gruum sell, which is also fantastic.”

“I ordered the facial sun cream spf30 and have used it all year - it's really quite light for a sun cream and I didn't break out in spots so I am very happy. I also got a roll on fragrance which smells devine. I've just ordered the advent calendar and can't wait to receive it.”

“The exfoliating face wash is lovely, less keen on the shaving gel though. That's probably because I've got so used to gels that really lather up well rather than it being anything wrong with the Gruum product. All in all, good quality products.”

“I've been a Gruum customer (and a "Gruum Only" guy!) since 2016 and have been super thrilled with Gruum's razors! I have to be honest (because at Christmas time you tell the truth.....or at least you do 3 months before Christmas?) - I didn't even realise Gruum made more than 1 kind of razor, and I went and ordered more cartridges, finally opened them and found them didn't fit "my Gruum Razor" (from 2016) - which I now understand is a Precision razor, and I (my mistake) ordered "ergo" cartridges. Not a problem, I love Gruum, so I ordered Ergo handle and am trying it now. I totally understand the product/price point difference and it makes sense! But I would recommend that the products are so night and day different that I think the Ergo is undeserving of the Gruum name, I'd consider separating it completely. (Like Lexus and Toyota, VW and Audi, etc... - they are from the same company but very different consumer images being painted! Just some food for thought - the Gruum Precision is so epicly great that I still evangalize to anyone who will listen about it and not have to differentiate and tell them "don't buy that other gruum razor, only the Precision" (Which ancillary is also an interesitng CX on the gruum site, if you use the onsite search for "Precision" - it returns no results! (also "Razor Blades" only returns Iona?) - if you use an offsite search engine you can deep link directly to a Precision pack page, not sure if this is as intended or we are aiming to keep the secret of Gruum's best product for only a select few? I love it so much! Just wanted to give you the dead honest feedback that might be helpful rather than the usual bland feedback, so apologies for the raw/unfiltered nature of this but if our roles were reversed, I'd hope you'd be telling me the same frank feedback :) so here's to hoping! :)”

It’s fantastic to hear you’ve been a grüum customer since 2016, and that the Precision Razor has been such a long-standing favourite. We really appreciate you taking the time to share such detailed and constructive feedback about the difference between the Precision and Ergo ranges, as well as the search issues you’ve spotted on our website. We wanted to inform you that we’ve made some exciting improvements to our razor range a year ago. As part of this update, we’ve transitioned from the Osku and Old Ergo cartridges/handles, to a brand new and improved five-blade cartridge and handle - ërgo Face Razor Cartridge 2.0 and löra Body Razor Cartridge. However, these are exactly the kinds of insights that are genuinely useful to us, and we’ll make sure your comments are passed on to the relevant team for consideration. And no need to apologise for the unfiltered feedback — we’d much rather hear it! It’s brilliant to know you’re still recommending the Precision Razor after all these years. “I’ve used lots of the products and can say I loved them all apart from hair conditioner bar and the body butter bar. The hair conditioner didn’t really condition and the body butter didn’t soak in very well and I was sticky all day. But all of the other products I love, 2 many to mention but I particularly love the deodorant and the shampoo bars. I’ve now set up 3 subscriptions which did offer free delivery over £10 but I still got charged for delivery which was disappointing.”

“Took advantage of an offer via Sky. Received razor, shave cream and small scent bottle. Just paid postage and was very impressed with the products. Gruum then emailed me and offered me a mystery package valued at £19 with just postage to be paid which I took advantage of. I’m a 71 year old male so you can imagine my surprise when I received a bar of soap and a lip balm! The lip balm was to plump up my lips! It’s difficult for me to understand how these products could be worth £19. It seems to be at odds with your ethos to offer affordable products. I can only assume you were giving them away because no one was buying them! I have unsubscribed from Gruum. I also did not respond to your first request to leave a five star review as I did not want to be negative about your company as I know the effect bad reviews can have. My first contact with your company was positive but unfortunately the second one has put me off your products.”

“The moisturiser is great. However I’m not sure about the bar of hair shampoo in the aluminum can. It’s gone very sloppy even though I’ve shaken off excess water when returning it to the can. Even when excess water is shaken off, it’s important that the bar is able to dry out fully between uses, as leaving moisture trapped in the tin can cause it to become softer and less effective. “Lovely products at a very reasonable price . I bought the hair products for boyfriend’s daughters and they smell great and condition beautifully . Only one slight issue was the package did get wet and label wet on product but this is minor compared to price and quality”

“Fantastic products at very reasonable prices, I use so many of their hair and skin products and they’re all superior products as good if not better than many expensive high street brands that I have tried. I also have a monthly delivery of their Fletcher and Moss cleaning spray which is fantastic, versatile and doesn’t cause my asthma to get triggered, which for me is a huge plus!!”
