“Im new to Gruum thanks to Martin Lewis recommendation on a bargain offer and was very impressed. Straightforward website, lots of information, brilliant sustainability ingredients and packaging and will definitely be shopping here again”

“I really enjoy using the products and feel they are of good quality. My only quibble is that I find it very difficult to squeeze creamy products from the square bottles once they are half empty eg.moisturisers and thus I am wasting quite a lot of product ,I try in vain to shake it out. I do realise that this is partly because it is a good quality. I want to waste as little as possible and more flexible containers may help?”

“Great products, love how everything is sustainable. I find the website a nightmare. Put in things to buy but difficult and sometimes impossible to get back to continue shopping. I have given up more than once and not placed an order.”

“I like several of Gruums items and they do last a long time. The shampoo bars are very good, I’m not so impressed with the conditioner. I love the body butter and cuticle oil”

“I have been using the soaps for a couple of years now and find that they work at least as well as my shampoos. They also last a long time and work out much cheaper with no plastic container. I don't find that the conditioner works very well (so four stars) but I think that the new oil product may solve that problem. Ordering is simple and deliverys are quick.”

“Received my 3 monthly subscription of Santorini Summer. It was packed in a card board box however with no tissue paper so they were rattling around (I bought two) fortunately no damage. Why are you only doing 9ml? Why not a bigger bottle this would be more green as a larger botte means less postage and packing traffic.”

“I ordered the SPF50 5* UVA Face Sunscreen in 100ml and it's such a good product. Not greasy, sinks in quickly and doesn't leave a white sheen on your face. The delivery was really good and the packaging it came in was really nice. The only thing I'd say is that it's quite hard to get the product out due to the design of the bottle, especially when there's not a lot of prodct left!”

“I like the products and the sustainability, but not keen on the square cornered bottles which are very difficult to get all the creams - especially hand cream out of without wasting any. Small screw topped jars or Tins are much better. Also, where is the large size luxury hand cream. You were going to notify me when back in stock.”

“I've bought 5 products total now (some of them in packs) and have liked all of them! The aftersun bar is brilliant. The only downside is for the ones that get wet (body bar and shampoo), there isn't a great storage solution inbuilt. I thought these were perfect to take when travelling abroad, but will have to reconsider how I store them.”
