“Had a problem with delivery of my order but once Gruum were notified they made it a priority to sort out the problem. My order arrived within 2 days and I was extremely pleased with the products that arrived.”

“Love the products, always feel so lovely on skin and hair however the size of gruum products has reduced quit a lot. This unfortunately makes these products very expensive so I won’t be buying them again. 😞”

“I liked the idea of the solid fragrance stick however it broke 2nd day as you have to run quite hard. May I suggest it's either made softer or the stick is chunkier.”

“Ordering was easy as we had an offer with MSE so only paid postage not used products yet as they’re small they’re ideal for travel so will use them soon but I must say the do smell nice”

“I’ve recently started using gruum and I’m very impressed! Their site is easy to navigate, with a range of many high quality products. I have just received a sun set with three travel sized products and I’m in love! My only issue is the price can be quite expensive with large orders, however I understand that the products are made with expensive, quality ingredients and are ultimately worth the price. I would recommend gruum to anyone and I’m very pleased with my products. Would definitely buy more in the future!”

“Tried many brands of shampoo bar and always come back to Grüum. They don’t disintegrate, are long lasting and competitively priced. The only downside is mine always get broken in the post.”

“Very good products, but far too expensive. I’ve used body bars, face bars , exfoliators etc etc. My favourite product is the shampoo bars which are excellent and last for ages. But I only buy when products are on a sale or special offer.”

“After an initial hicup with my first order, ( I had to chase missing items) there has been no more issues. Ordering is straight forward and quality of product wonderland especially the Oljy Moisturising Dry Oil. It smells divine! I also love the companies ethos regarding 100% plastic and Cruelty free 😀”

“Happy with the products but find the moisturiser difficult to use as it does not come out of the bottle easily. Are you supposed to shake it or squeeze it. I find the bottle to hard to squeeze. Any ideas.”

“I'm just currently blown away with the lip condition. I liked the foot cream as it does wonders for my feet. I like how the face sunscreen just dissolves gently on my face.”

“The time taken to process and ship my order took a while but I am overall very pleased with the products I received! The products I believe are reasonably priced for the quality that you are given. I would highly recommend Gruum to anyone who’s looking for something both eco friendly and good for your body. A personal favourite is the passion fruit SPF lip balm - it’s amazing! Overall a great experience and would definitely buy again.”
