“Decided to have a go, but only the £10 free post pack of three items, they seem ok a bit small, but refreshing, pleasing and different.”

“Love the products, everything I’ve tried has been great. I especially love the solid shampoo and conditioner bars. I don’t like however the containers the liquids (sunscreen, moisturiser etc) come in. They are very difficult to use, especially when they are less full”

“I purchased the summer bundle including a cuticle oil, a body mist and a soap. I was a big fan of the cuticle oil and the scent of both the body mist and the soap were lovely. My favourite was definitely the nail oil though. This bundle allowed me to try the products for a fraction of the price and has intrigued me to try more of your stuff.”

“I tried different products from Gruum, all were amazing. The Sunscreen is my go to in summer. The only down point I wish it can be improved is the packaging, the bottles are made of very hard material, it is impossible to use and get all the product out which is a waste of parge amount of the product.”

“I like the ethos behind Gruum products and the products I have used so far have been excellent. Haven't used all the products I've received so far as have mystery bundles as well as selected orders. Delivery is quick. I buy when things are on offer as I find the prices quite high, particularly when you're buying sight unseen. But they are good quality. I find the packaging quite uniform especially the flat grey bottles. Not easy to distinguish between them and the instructions etc are in very small print. Is there a way you could make the various ranges more identifiable and labelling clearer without compromising your ethics and increasing prices?”

“My first order with Gruum and I was somehow surprised. The order was for Summer Saviours Bundle and the Sleep Set. Initially, I was worried about my order because it arrived late then when I saw the products I thought "this is a joke!". In fact the small recipients left me with a different opinion. The cream, fragrance etc smell really nice and they last some time. The sleep set instead isn't worth the money, especially the pillow case that is poorly done. I do recommend Gruum products if you are not using daily, otherwise won't last long and they aren't cheap!”

“I do like the Gruum products I've bought,I recommend them. The only reason I don't buy more of them is the price. I find them expensive as I have a pension which isn't great. I thank Gruum though for making products which are good for the planet.”

“I love the products and rave about to all friends/ family and have gotten few people into gruum. I love how it has natural ingredients which help my sensitive skin not break. I’m trying to be more eco friendly so enjoy that the products don’t come in plastic”

“Oil products are difficult to get out of container without wasting some. Please improve ie some kind of restrainer at the top. Also would be better in a larger size - you say you're working on being sustainable well providing products at larger sizes is better - also hopefully they'd be less expensive. The skin oils are good.”

“I like the shaving bits. I just wish the replacement blades were easier to get into as the chances of a paper cut remain high because the edges of the containers are extremely sharp.”

“I really like the gruum products that I got, I love what the brand itself stands for. However even tho suggested it’s reasonable priced. Which is may be for some people, however my financial circumstances don’t allow for me to “treat” myself and I have to use cheap, non environment friendly packaging etc because it’s all I can (well can’t) afford. This is definitely more of a “treat” if I had money from birthday/Christmas as a gift etc. Highly recommend the products I did get though and really love the Santorini spray!”
