“Awesome. Absolutely love everything is bought. I got it as a Christmas present and I had to buy other stuff! Only one small issue, I ordered a bath and shower oil which came but it did leak in the box so maybe adding a layer of protection for the oil?”

“Every single Gruum product that I have tried has been great. I have never been disappointed. I have a very sensitive skin but the products I've tried have left my skin feeling soft and soothed. I have a very old Gruum razor but couldn't find replacement heads for the handle on the website. It's probably far too old but as it was reliable I've ordered a new one. I like the environmentally friendly nature of the products and the wrapping that they come in.”

“I heard about this company from an offer originally with another company. A couple of years later and having used the face cream a fair bit I realised how good it is. I have just bought another two bottles of factor 30 face cream. It is so much better than a moisturiser I was paying £30 for! The skin on my face is so soft and as it's a suncream it lasts al day.”

“After buying the summer pack , I have to say I’m impressed . The spf lip balm face moisturiser and the after sun face oil bar in particular have been lifesavers . I have sensitive skin and burn easily - this has been a game changer for me .”

“Everything I have bought smells absolutely beautiful. I only buy the offers which are on offer through Martin Lewis because they are brilliant value for money. The only complaint I have is the delivery. None of my deliveries have been when they should have arrived and that can be frustrating. I am 80 years old and not very technically minded !!!”

“The skincare products for face and body suit my skin really well. I also use the room fragrances. However the shampoo/conditioner doesnt quite work for me for exclusive long term use as the ends of my hair get dry and frizzy. The shampoo works better than the conditioner but I still use them when travelling as they are so much more convenient. Just started using the heat protection spray and that seems to be very good so far. The website sometimes seems very slow, some of that may be my broadband service as I am rural area, but it is a little worse than most for getting hung up abd doesnt return to the previous page very well. My biggest ask woukd be more options on the subscription scheduling... I dont need everything every 3 months, I was building up too much of a stockpile. But I like to try some of the new products that come out, and the sales and offers are fab. I keep buying for the environmental ethos too, dont change that!”

“Its easy to order on line (even for a senior citixen) I use a lot of skin care products and they are excellent for my skin . There are often offers available , which I try to obtain . Delivery is quick and package minimal. The products make a great present .”
