“I started using gruüm some time ago and have found the products super. The fact they're made of natural products makes them easy on the skin, great as I can be allergic to many skin products. They are reasonably priced and long lasting. It's always good to try something new. Thank you gruüm.”

“Gruum after sun facial oil is a little secret magic gem. 🤫 I first discovered it as a free sample but didn't use it for ages - well we needed some sun first! But when I did it was amazing. It smells gorgeous and soaks into your skin making it feel healthy and fresh. I then discovered it helped with blemishes and spots/rashes etc. Now I use it for everything it's like a miracle oil. It's only a small bottle but it lasts for ages as you don't need much. I've recommended it to all my friends.”

“Great products and brilliant customer service. I recently received a product with lavender in which I'm allergic to and they very kindly replaced it with something else. There are often good offers and the shampoo and conditioner bars last ages.”

“Terrible company, their website wasnt working and kept adding incorrect products into basket. Eventually this improved and so i purchased what i intended. what arrived was not what I had ordered, but the very thing the website had been replacing it with previously. A manipulative selfish way to deal with stock issues. I messaged to resolve, but not heard back - annoyed and out of pocket - not trusting this company agian.”

“I have brought a number of different items and have been pleased with all of them, only one small niggle and that is with the Sun Cream bottles, they are quite stiff and not easy to squeeze the product out of. I also love the home fragrances so all in all very happy.”

“I really love this company , they go out-of-the-way to help you, I've used many of their products, all packaging is recyclable which is a big plus. Then above that the products are great. I bought my daughter the advent calendar, she absolutely loved it I use the sleep mist which does calm me, I spray it on my pillowcase. Great. The first things I used were the shampoo bars , keeps my hair lovely and lasts well. I've told many people about the company and now they are hooked”

“I continue to buy the shampoo bars as I find they last for ages, lather really well and smell great. They also get my hair really clean! I bought my husband the one for sensitive flaky scalp, and it's the best his scalp has been in 20 years!!”

“I have always received fast and efficient service with any orders placed and products great. Recently I had a technical issue when ordering and Alex went over and above when rectifying the issue and sorted it all out promptly, solved it and arranged delivery for me too The personal customer service I have received is second to none and leaves many other companies in their shadow! I love the Grüum products and the whole package I have received from start to finish is demonstrative of how they go that extra mile because they can/want to. If you haven’t already tried Grüum, I would only ask: Why not?!! I’m pleased to leave them a glowing 5 star review because it’s well deserved!!!”

“Absolutely love the Midnight Aurora room home fragrance.. Two or three sprays completely gets rid of any unwanted smells.and leaves a gorgeous smell,. l keep one in the kitchen and bathroom ,porch and one in my handbag .This was my second order but the small bottles last ages as you only need a small amount”
