“Nice packaging, the soaps are well fragranced, doesn’t last long, small size, melts fast, well moisture the skin.”

“Love the eye roller, it’s really refreshing. The only problem I found is the moisturiser bottle. It’s quite hard to get the right amount of product out and the. When I flip the lid back down , some pops out, losing some ?”

“There are lots of good things about Gruum. I only ever buy the soap offcuts and always use an exfoliating bag so I never have any waste. I love the tooth soap and, so far, the cardboard container hasn't become wet and mushy; I love the shampoo but the conditioner doesn't do much for me. And recently I bought an exfoliating facial wash but was saddened to see it came in a plastic bottle. However biodegradable it may be, plastic will be on this planet for ever, unless it is incinerated, and then it will pollute the air, so I won't be buying that again.”

“I am a new customer and I have ordered several items. I like them and they all seem to suit my skin. However, I do find the plastic bottles containing the Kyra Face Wash & the pur Gentle Moisturiser rather hard to press and wonder if a softer, more squeezy bottle might be possible? Also, with the skal Serum Kakadu Plum which i also bought.. I wonder if you could think of providing a small spatula with this (and possibly all of the serums) because it isn't hygeinic for users to have to dip their fingers into the pot to extract it. I'm using a very tiny teaspoon with mine, but you could provide a small spatula with the Gruum logo on, maybe?”

“Thanks for all you're doing, I really like the brand. One thing I've noticed is that as soap bars get smaller, they can disintegrate easily so you never get the most out of them. Is there perhaps some sort of fine mesh bag or something that could be used at that stage to keep all the bits together but still enable the lather to get through?! Thanks!”

“I really love that everything is plastic free! The smells are nice and not overpowering. I have been using the body butter bar which is incredibly nourishing and stays on the skin. I have dry skin so its made a huge difference and love the light dewy/sheen look it leaves on my legs. It didn't last very long tho, about 2-3 weeks, I was using it every day. I have yet to try the rest.”

“Seems like good stuff but bars are small and a bit pricy. Some products really perform well and all seem thoughtfully formulated. I'd suggest find one or two products that really work for you from the range and stock up on these as a luxury treat. I feel the standard regular use items are too expensive and small to afford to use regularly. They do seem effective though.”

“I love receiving my gruum parcels. This time I think my parcel was used as a hockey puk, the facial bars were dented and broken. Otherwise lovely.”

“The service was good, and the order was correct when I received it. I got a bargain through Vodafone rewards, so it was a great chance to try a selection of the Gruum range. I've enjoyed using everything up to yet, especially the exfoliating face wash!”

“Products are good, like the ethos and lack of plastic in most things. I bought the metal travel case for my shampoo but the little ’coconut hair’ base isn’t good, please send me a small cork disk and use these moving forwards.”
