“Great service. I’m really pleased with my purchase! I had a few issues with my order and after having reached out to the customer service team they were super quick and efficient with finding a solution for me which I’m really grateful for! Have only used one product so far but so far so good! The exfoliating wash feels great on my sensitive skin.”

“The customer service and communication has been fantastic. I have the face wash and reviving gel and they smell wonderful, they leave my skin feeling soft and brighter. I will be ordering these products again and have also been looking into their hair care. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.”

“Love the Gruum products and ethos. Recommendstion, its reslly difficult to get some products out of its container. You cant squeeze the exterior, esp struggle to get the face sun cream out of the container. Have to use a stanley knife to cut it open!”

“Lovely products, the calming spray and gel moisturiser in particular 😀 one thing that maybe could be improved in the packaging, when I received it someone had easily opened the package, took a product and stuck the sticker back down, apart from that amazing, and they kept in contact over a busy period, explaining it was taking a little longer to deliver which was great :):)”

“I ordered through a phone contract promo. Small range of gruum products. Love the simple packaging. I will definitely be ordering more of the revitalising lotion. It's very light and not at all greasy. I use it twice a day and haven't had any breakouts or reactions. My skin feels and looks brighter.”
