“Lovely products. I especially love the shower gel. Zingy lemon. Smells great , I’ve tried the moisturising blocks too and they are great , especially handy on a weekend away without cumbersome containers.”

“For the price paid for sun screen etc, the bottle size is tiny. Last 2 days probably. Took ages to come as well. When you pay £3.95 delivery you expect within 48 hours. Bottles look like sample sizes. Thought it was a joke when it turned up”

Sorry to hear about the delay with your order and sorry to hear that this may not have been what you were expecting. The size of the sunscreen is 50ml - this is the industry standard size for a face product, and we think the price is great value when compared to similar products (indeed - some face sunscreens offering similar protection retail for over £25 for 50ml!). We understand that our products may look a little small compared to others, even though they're exactly the same size! That's because our unique slimline tubes are space saving, and we don't use wasteful over-packaging to make the product appear bigger than they actually are (unlike many brands!). Please rest assured the product is the same size as most other face sunscreens out there, and much better value! “I love grüum. I found them when I was looking for plastic free alternatives to personal care and fell in love with the scientific side of their products. I use the Pro oil control shampoo and conditioner bars and not only do they smell good but they work AND make my hair feel amazing. I've had problems with conditioner bars leaving too much residue on my hair in the past and I don't have this with grüum. I've now got a number of other products like facial cleansers, toners and a free moisturiser bar that I got as a free gift during one of their sales. Overall I love the innovation!”

“Very poor products a bar of what should have been a clay mask but was just wax that melted and stained my sink and didn't rub into my face it was just like rubbing a candle on my face and the pillow spray didn't even spray the sprayed didn't work”

“Every product I have had from Grüum has surprised and delighted. I first received a box of the 4 seasonal roll on fragrances as a Christmas gift and was immediately converted. I haven't worn any of my usual perfumes since discovering the black pepper and cedarwood roll on fragrance. The bergamot and grapefruit being a very close second choice. I have since ordered the sleep and wellness set, the timeless skin forever bundle and of course re-upped on the seasonal roll on fragrances! Slowly but surely replacing all my usual brands with grüum products.”

“Magic! Years ago, I suggested that you used the 'human touch' and reach out to your customer base - and you have. It's so much appreciated to know that you are interested in our opinion of your products. Well, I particularly like the soap and the solid shampoo. My husband likes the skin products for men too. I have never had a problem with ordering or receiving orders. They arrive in a timely manner. I have, for the first time, tried a bundle. Good idea as it enables your customers to try out things they may otherwise not have. I like the simplicity but stylish packaging too so have given Gruum products as gifts to my friends. Good stuff!”

“Ordered Madara factor 30 mineral sunscreen arrived witha n expiry date of 12/25..not sure if thisisindustry standard with mineral sunscreens or just Madara ..offerred refund on return but are you meant to do in meantime,especially if you have a a skin problem/damage and protection is paramount ?”
