“I was really impressed with my first experience ordering from grüum. All I had to pay for was the postage, and I received three items in a cute, compact parcel just a few days later. There was no long wait, no hassle! The products arrived quickly and were beautifully packaged, which made a great first impression. I’ve already started using them and so far, I’m really happy. It’s clear they’ve been made with care and thought, and both for people and the planet. I also really appreciated the personal email from Simon, one of the founders. It’s such a nice touch and makes it feel like you’re supporting something genuinely independent and meaningful. I’ll definitely be ordering again and spreading the word!”

“This is the first time I have used gruum. I purchased the shampoo and conditioner which leaves my hair soft and shiny, no more itchy dry scalp which happens with most other products from the high street. Success at last would definitely recommend and purchase again.”

“I'm very impressed with the wet shaving range and the face bar which leaves my skin feeling very soft with absolutely no dryness. Loving that all the products are UK made and from a British brand even if they do feel that they need to sound German. Seriously guys, you don't! Keep up the good work.”

“I received my order of sample products. A selection of sunscreen, lip protector, and aftersun soap. I haven't had the opportunity to use them yet due to a recent lack of sunshine. They arrived nicely packaged.”

“As a 76 year old male, skin care products aren't high on my shoping list. However, I took advantage of some offers in partnership with my senior rail card. I then made little gifts of them to younger friends and family, and the positive responses were a credit to your company. Good luck for your future.”

“It was very easy ordering and payment, also it was delivered easily. Am waiting to use the products as im going away to Sizewell (uk) in September and as its near the sea I'd need all of the products. I'm looking forward to using them”

“I love everything about this brand I have super sensitive skin and struggle especially in the summer when I need something with SPF I also can’t use over fragranced products I have no issues with any of your products that I have tried. My daughter also loves the brand if I can’t find something it’s very likely to have moved to her room”

“The sample products are good. However I was receiving emails nearly every day and have asked to unsubscribe at least 10 times. But I’m still receiving emails. This has put me off wanting to order more products from them in future.”
