“The best are facial gentle washes, SPF creams and facial gels/creams. I'm a devoted customer since three years - the cosmetics are as they say - natural ingredients, not irritating, helping all skin types.”

“Wet easy to order and the room scented sticks smell amazing, I wish there was an aftershave with this scent! For the benefit of readers the diffuser was called ‘chill’”

“I love Gruum, I’ve been using their shampoo bars mainly, for a few years now. They always last me at least 1.5-2 times what a bottle of shampoo does. I don’t care for their conditioner bars but that’s just a preference and I still would give them 5 starts despite this. They have lovely skincare products as well and I appreciate the frequency to special offers and multiply saves as a student!”

“I really love your products and find they do exactly what you say they will do. Your prices are fair but as a pensioner I often by things in your sales or the Freebies on the Senior Rail card. Thank you so much for doing this. I often by the free things and pass them on to friends or family. Again thank you for all your hard work to create really good products.”

“I have had two orders with Gruum now, both were boxes where you pay delivery for a trial. I’ve had wax melts, reed diffusers, room sprays, bath melts, face pack, pulse point oil and pillow mists. With the exception of one of the three reed diffusers, everything has smelled wonderful. I am prone to allergic reactions and have not had one to any of Gruum’s products. I will be placing an order soon for some more items, probably on a subscription.”

“I really love the Gruum products I especially love the body iyx moisturing bar and prala radiance facial cream They are so soft on yout skin it really does make a difference. Products are shipped swiftly. You can't ask for more... oh with gruum you can there mishap-shape soap bars are fabulous too”

“Most of the products are great, I use a variety of them each day, but the website could be much better. 1, On a product page, There is a section called "Complete your skin care routine 👇". These links need to be clickable. 2, Reviews: All products purchased should be listed showing what needs to be reviewed, email prompts are often deleted. also so you can see which product you have already reviewed. 3, Wishlist: It speaks for itself, this is the only online shop I know of which doesn't have a wishlist, crazy. (I recommended this to Jay in August 2024). 4, Save Basket: Basket disappears after a few hours, if signed in, the basket should save. 5, Order History: Products purchased need to be clickable, making it easier to repurchase.”
