“I purchased an item and intended to gift it to someone, I was surprised when it arrived with no exterior packaging and just the bare product itself. I found it unpresentable and now cannot gift it. Packaging would be much better for a product to increase its appeal and quality.”

Only gift sets and certain promotional sets come in extra packaging, which is usually noted in the product page. “The only down fall about this product is that I am now going to have to get the rid of all my other products and be sure to get the full range of Gruum. Such lovely product , kind on skin , amazing scent and it actually makes a difference . Good going guys x”

“Ordered 3 fragrances as part of the McDonald’s promotion. Ordering on the site was simple, products arrived promptly and the fragrances smell lovely - perfect for use during the day for work. I would definitely order again as a good quality product.”

“Excellent fragrances and roll on is unusual way to apply but works well , fragrance lasts well , quite pricy working out at £42 rrp for set received essentially for 27ml which puts it in high end range .”
