“Loved the products. And customer service is amazing. By mistake (autofil) provided my old address, and Gruum made an exemption for me and sent me another parcel which I am very thankful for. My face skin is very dry, and I tried many products and many of them just don't work for me and making some reaction.. I can Gruum (especially Reviving facial gel) products are saver for me. Will be one of my favourites brands and I will continue using it. Thank you!!!”

“I have used your products for years never have to worry about taking liquids on holiday. Your shampoo bar l wouldnt be without and your body soap keeeps my skin hydrated”

“Simple order, quick dispatch and great products....though I haven't put them to a thorough test yet as I will be using them for my holiday to Naples this week and will be taking them with me ..I'm sure they will be great on my super sensitive as I didn't react when I did a patch test.... certainly felt nourishing and caring for my skin”

“I may have overstocked due to the amazing deals. There is no product I have used that I haven't liked. The gift sets I have got for family have gone down really well. The Mother's Day set this year was a big hit. This is a company I will definitely be buying from for a long time.”

“I've enjoyed gruum's products for a number of years now, the razor subscription in particular has been great compared to competitors. The factor 30 sun cream is AMAZING! I recently completed a 12.5mile trek with work and the only part of my body that caught the sun was the back of my neck as I hadn't applied any. My only complaint currently is the packaging on the razor blades. I used to receive a strip of 4 blades with just the exterior packaging which I could keep for recycling the cartridges. However, when my latest order arrived I found the strip of 4 blades had been split into 2 sets of 2 and each set of 2 hlnow has it's own box. This increase in packaging feels unnecessary? I always felt like gruum wanted to be a sustainable business and reduce it's packaging. Granted, it's recyclable, but think about the space it's taking up in the box. Maybe something to think about”

“I have used a variety of products the ones I loved the most were the rowdy kind set I got for my daughter to use she has skin problems and we used these to help with the products she used which are prescribed. The shampoo and conditioner are her favourite and she loves the smell.”

“The site for ordering products is very clear, user friendly and very easy to use. The products always arrive quickly when they say they are and are delivered in the correct size box with packaging that I add water to and it disappears. All this on top of the wonderful products.”

“Nice natural products, easy website, good offers and prompt delivery. Occasionally I have found that a soap disappears very quickly or the opposite with difficulty creating a lather, but these are minor gripes.”

“Gruum produce great products that last a good length of time so I feel the products are value for money. My orders arrive within a few days, well-packaged. I love the summer package which we usually buy as a birthday / holiday treat for our daughter. It's nice to buy some plastic-free, good quality products.”
