“Package is nice. Overall Have left the room diffuser in a closed room.and it smelt like nit lotion. In a aired room. I can't smell a thing from it. Disappointed.”

“After buying my older person's rail card, I came across this pleasant outlet, and I already have some high-quality products. I particularly like the reed diffuser with Sandalwood and Juniper Oil; I find it not only quite potent but also has only slightly reduced in content after several weeks, and it hasn't turned to mush either, as some budget oils do, so I expect it to last and will try some others in future. I'm a mixed-race male aged 67, and I find it nice to pamper myself once in a while. I've also found that the soaps are gentle on my face, which helps to soothe my impetigo when I close shave. There's a vast range that I could explore further depending on what I have to spend, but I'm confident of finding what I might need and, importantly, assured of "quality." I find the website well-designed and straightforward. There's transparency from viewing to purchasing and through to delivery, which is nice. There's a "courtesy" and warmth that emanates from this company that I find endearing, and I'm happy to recommend "grüum (pronounced ‘groom’)". Long may you prosper. “Haven’t tried it yet as already have diffusers on the go. However it is so teeny weeny it’s hardly worth the bother, and since no melter/heater is supplied with the wax I can’t use them.”

Hi Andrew, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I have passed on your comments to our Product Development Team as this helps us to identify areas where we can improve. Unfortunately we don't currently sell the burners for the wax melts however you can find them in most Homeware shops and you would be able to use the melts as they have a lovely scent.
