“Easy to use site and delivery as promised. Excellent customer service. Lovely products, particularly good sun screen allowing my fair skin to tan without burning also it’s reef friendly. Top tip for shampoo and conditioner bars, use exclusively for a few days to remove buildup of previous products and to get the full benefit of these, I wouldn’t change back! I also appreciate that grüum products are almost entirely vegan. My eczema and psoriasis issues stop me using skin products with plant extracts, Shea butter bar is great however, so I’d love to see more products for very sensitive skin.”

“Products are tailored to a busy modern life. I've had soaps, shampoo bars etc in tins, ideal for travel. Am trying a roller ball applicator under eye moisturiser which I've not seen anywhere else. Very soothing.”

“I bought the face cleanser for my daughter who has sensitive skin and she absolutely loved it. I will buy her a skin set for Xmas. I love the smell of the fragrances, I use the deodorant at home as I'm not sure it will last the day in the office. I've just started using the prickly pear oil on my face, it's not too greasy for my menopausal skin, just waiting for the lines to vanish now! I love everything I have bought so far and will continue to explore other products.”

“Love your shampoo and conditioners. Would love a wee 2 shampoo/ 1 conditioner bundle. And love the mixed boxes of stuff as it lets me try other products I haven’t yet tried. Last mixed box I got came with a few body soaps which I love and my son has tried one of the soaps and really likes it. I really like that there is no plastic involved at all, and the smells are amazing.”

“I have used Gruum Face Sunscreen SPF 30 & have been very impressed by it. It goes on easily & absorbs quickly. My face has not burned when I have used Gruum Sunscreen. This product just feels like a quality product - simple, easy to apply, feels gentle & comfortable but also effective.”

“Every product that I have received from Gruum has been of exceptional quality. There is a real sense of originality and unique scents. I especially love the Sandlewood soap, Prickly Pear Oil, Facial Serum and Suncream. The packaging is simple and useful. The presentation is lovely, I really adore this brand.”

“I was surprised by the quality of the products I ordered from Gruum. The packaging is quite simple, but the quality I felt is exceptional. I did like the hand cream, my hands were noticeably less wrinkly when I used it. It’s luxuriously thick, but not sticky and smells very nice. I also like the face gel, soothe and cools my skin but again not sticky. My skin can be sensitive to some products but Groom products seem to suit it well. I also bought the under the eyelid roller to get rid of any darkness. Again so soothing and refreshing. I would definitely buy again, and definitely recommend to others. Very kind to the skin but understated luxury. A very nice treat.”

“I’m a great fan of grüum skincare, and have included the gosta facial tonic and the daily moisturiser in my daily skincare routine, however after buying them multiple times, I was very disappointed with the last delivery. The moisturiser was watery and had a lumpy texture, which wouldn’t resolve even after shaking thoroughly, mixing and changing the temperature I kept it in.”
