“I gifts received an £ 20.00 voucher with via Vodaphone rewards. Thought this was a company i could use again. my £ 20.00 voucher got me a very limited choice which i choose a 50 ml suntan cream and an after sun tan cream thhat was disapointing .Didnt like either product much . Would rather have been able to purchase say from the The White Company - the products smell amazing or spend my money at Boots where you can get free gifts with two purchases of cosmetics -the gifts really do help to to choose what to buy again -I now love their Lip care and would never have thought to buy it if I hadn't tried it for free. When i buy products on line ie MnS, Boots John Lewis I don't get a hard sell at the end of purchase offering random vouchers -doesnt seem a quality company from appearances . Altogether would have liked some free samples of your products to the value of £ 20.00 so that I could thhink thats nice and purchase full price but i feel you lost my custom. Good luch anyway”

“I was given a voucher for this company and so had a look at their website. I came across the roll on fragrance, Santorini Summer. I love the Bergamont notes a beautiful fragrance in a handy size. A few rolls on the pulse and wrist is lovely.”

“The brand does seem more 'nature based' than mass market. I made a couple of orders with them and both were delivered quickly. However, two products I ordered were disappointing: the 'non greasy' face spf is heavy, makes my skin greesy, and starts smelling after a while and after mixing with sweat (I also applied it on my neck and upper chest). I would not apply it on my body, let alone face. The spf lip balm is also not suitable for me - it has a strange texture of a heavy white substance which is not a great look on the lips... Quite disappointed as these two products were the reason I made my last order. I'm happy with their face wash but not enough to use the brand as my go-to place for cosmetics.”

“Gruum produces some really nice products. I never have an issue with the effects it leaves on my skin. Many products will use nasty’s but you can see from results how good for skin this is.”
