“Found these products from a PMP offer which I had to pay the postage. That was the first time, the second time I ordered more! The foot cream, WOW! The vitamin C serum, oh my word!! Have gifted some items to my friend for her birthday too! Easy to order, great delivery times through Royal Mail. Oh and the hand cream, just smells delightful and hydrates perfectly! Give it a try, I have fallen in love! ❤️”

“Love the products. The shampoo bar makes your hair feel lovely and it's perfect for hand luggage when travelling . The face wash bar cleans your face without drying your skin out. Highly recommend.”

“Love everything that Gruum produce. However, I find the scent in some products (soap bars, candles) can dissipate rather quickly. Even if used on a daily basis the soap bars, for instance, take on a stale, cheap (think public lavatory) smell. I can't be the only person who discards them before they are used up. This makes these items more expensive, in the long term, than more commercial products. Being very 'eco' is a good thing. But not when it wastes my money! Shampoo and conditioner bars are excellent.”

“I ordered the Grüum Calming Set expecting great results because the ingredients listed in the cosmetics sounded really promising. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The calming mist irritated my skin to the point that I couldn’t continue using it. Instead of soothing my skin, it caused discomfort, which was the opposite of what I expected from a product marketed as calming. On top of that, the shower gel arrived in scratched packaging, and the containers used to store the liquids feel quite cheap. The overall presentation and quality of the packaging did not match the expectations set by the brand. Overall, I’m an unhappy customer and it will take a lot of convincing for me to consider ordering other products from this company in the future. A real shame.”

“Brilliant products, brilliant service too! Highly recommend all the products especially the, hydrating face cream, shampoo and conditioner bars. What I would like is a tin with a big C and big S on, for when i'm in the bath with no glasses on so I can see which bar is which when washung my hair.”

“Gorgeous products. I’m a recent user of Gruum products and I have to say, I’m a convert. I love the quality, the fact they are pretty natural and pocket friendly. Stand out products so far are the Melting Cleansing balm, the Daily Defence cream and Shower/ Bath oil. Smell is divine. Oh, and the Prickly Pear oil- applied overnight and skin looks and feels amazing in the morning. I look forward to trying more products. Amazing job guys .”

“I have been ordering Gruum products since the company were in their early days. I have always been extremely pleased with these skincare and other related products and use them daily. I have a dry, sensitive skin but these products really work and are pleasant to use. Over the years, slight adjustments have been made to packaging which is an improvement. It has been made easier to squeeze contents out of containers that were harder. I appreciate that contents are more important than packaging and think costs of packaging should be kept low. However some have said packaging could be more attractive.”
