“I got the gentle face wash and moisturiser kit, I must admit it has done wonders for my face as I have very sensitive skin and the moisturiser is so soft would definitely recommend :)”

“My order was lost in transit the first time but customer services were amazing sent my order again no hassle just so helpful! Ordered the face wash and moisturiser and it’s so nice my skin glows and doesn’t tingle or feel sensitive after use”

“I bought the face wash bars, I’ve had them from grumpy before, lovely products, last for ages and made the bathroom smell nice too. Face wash bars aren’t easy to get hold of but these are moisturising, ideal for travelling.”

“Ordered free as a prize. Thought it would be a nice free gift however since ordering I am now being harassed. I didn’t opt in to receive emails when I ordered, I am hounded with 3 emails per day! I click on the unsubscribe button yet I still receive emails constantly. This is actual harassment.”

“i ordered the skin care products: facial cleanser and moisturiser. both products are really lovely and work great, but my favourite thing about them is the smell. they smell amazing, a fruity smell, which follows you around because it’s on your face and under your nose !”

“The moisturiser is great, comes in a small bottle so fab for travelling with, the formula is thick and a little goes a long way. I’ve recently started using the face wash, it’s quite watery as it comes out the bottle but lathers well and has a mild fresh scent; overall very happy with Gruum & will be repurchasing :-)”

“The products were amazing. I have nothing bad to say about them. I am only giving 4/5 stars because i find the packaging very difficult to use. For example, the face moisturiser is impossible to squeeze out from the bottle. I had to cut it up and transfer the contents. The bottle stopped giving any product but when i cut it up, almost half the bottle's product was still inside. I recommend the products but would love to see a better easily accessible container. I had a similar issue with the face wash. The face wash was very thin in consistency and as soon as i would turn the bottle, a lot would come out and there was littlw i could do to control it. I transferred it to a pump bottle and it was a breeze after that. As mentioned earlier, the quality of the product itself is amazing. Its just the packaging that has put me off hence the 4/5”

“My family and I only use Gruum since I have won a Gruum skincare kit with the McDonalds Monopoly. Ever since first using it, we have all converted to using Gruum products. We love the aesthetics, the quality of ingredients, the minimal waste packaging for the products and most of all, the effects it has had on our daily skincare regiment. It is gentle, but highly effective. The scents are subtle, but mesmerising and soothing. The perfume reminds me a lot of Jo Malone and I swear by Gruum’s roll-on perfume. It is long lasting and high quality scents which will get you a ton of compliments! I can’t single out a personal favourite because I am always pleasantly impressed by the quality of items I order, but if I have to single out a couple it would be the under-eye roll on, the lip conditioners and, of course, the perfume. All of which I keep by my bedside, purse and in the car. If you want high quality products with a lasting effect on your skincare or wellness regime, definitely invest in Gruum!”

“Some of the products I received are lovely! The face oil, charcoal soap and lip conditioner. The eye roll (under eye treatment) however caused big red/rash circles under my eyes after using it for a couple of weeks so that was concerning. I haven’t used it since. Overall the products are nice but I am wary that maybe some ingredients in the eye roller are too harsh as I do not have any allergies.”
