“I've used the shampoo bar, foot cream and scrub, the face wash, serum, oil and sun screen. I love all the products and think they're good value. My only criticism, and the reason I only give a 9 and not a 10, is it's so difficult to get the facial sun screen out of the bottle! I've tried taking off the lid, but then it just comes out in a huge dollop!”

“Your products smell wonderfully refreshing. I like the body butter bar, it's a great ideal and ideal for slipping g into my case for the holidays. The face cleansing bar for me leaves a film of coconut which I not so keen. Sorry to be negative but otherwise great products.”

“The products are beautiful, my only suggestion for improvement would be to offer a make up style bag with your name on the side.. either with purchase or separately, and maybe some hair products. The eye roller is cool and smells beautiful.”

“The products and ethos of the company are great, but the website is clunky, and it cannot easily or reliably handle simple changes to regular orders. Also, they sold me a sustainable metal tin to store my soap when travelling, then changed the shape of the soap bars so they no longer fit into it. They really need to get their act together. Doing business with them is painful.”

“I love the Gruum shampoo bars. They are the very best of all the different shampoo bars I have tried (and I have tried quite a few). I've recently found an app called Yuka and I scan anything with a barcode to see if it has any nasties. Most of the Gruum products are excellent, but a few surprised me. Please look at your Gentle Face Wash Bar (It got 30/100 rating because it has Sodium lauryl sulfate in it which poses a moderate risk and your exfoliating pumice bar which scored just 8/100 because it has pentasodium pentetate, which is hazardous and Sodium lauryl sulfate again). I won't use anything that gets a rating below 50/100. It went in the bin!”

“The website is easy to navigate and when you place your order it tempts you with a special offer on another product that you can add at checkout. I've had a shampoo bar before and loved it due to it fitting in the soap tray in my shower and not making my hair frizz. It's also lovely and compact for taking on holiday. The Deep Relaxation pulse point roller smells gorgeous and is nice and refreshing on a hot day as well as great for pre bedtime routine. My only disappointment is the skira Melting Sleep Butter but that's my fault for not reading the description. I thought it would be a body butter but it's actually a bar for use in the bath or shower. I don't have a bath and showering before bed wakes me up. Overall a great company with innovative products and planet friendly packaging.”

“•shampoo bars are excellent (the best I’ve ever tried). •body / face scrubs are made of fantastic ingredients, however do not last very long. •face oils are very good quality and definitely worth the price • såpa Body Bar – Orange & Grapefruit is not suitable for sensitive skin, I didn’t enjoy using it and definitely wouldn’t buy again.”

“I was initially given a gruum set for Christmas. I love it. Particularly the luminous face cream although it could have been useful to have a bit more instruction on using it but I do love the whole set. The hand cream smells lovely.”

“Great razor but as it’s a home delivery service the packaging should be designed to actually fit through a letterbox but because of it’s unnecessary bulky square shape it will not fit through any normal size letterbox & is therefore just left outside on doorstep.”

“Received the 3 bars - Face Wash, Body Butter & Shampoo bar and gave them my daughter. She used the Body Butter immediatly & loves it. We have yet to use the other 2. For the reduced offer - its a bargain. Impressed”

“I am especially pleased with the shampoo bar. It does not need much to foam away and wash your hair, feeling lovely afterwards. A bar will also make life easier to pack, certainly when flying.”
