“Lovely natural products, environmentally friendly and won’t break the bank”

“Fast effecient service. Orders packaged so if possible they go through the letter box. I like the special deals which are offered at certain times. I have used some of the products for birthday presents which have been appreciated by my friends. It's great that the products and packaging are envirnomentally friendly. However I do feel that some of the products are a bit expensive especially if you factor in the delivery cost.”

“Love the products. Smell of the face wash reminds me of a spa day. The hand soaps smell divine, but a little small for the price. Service is amazing throughout ordering to after care.”

“I have received amazing products. The facial Scrub is just wonderful BUT why 120ml? Why Not 100ml and then I can take on a flight. The lavender soap is amazing, the sleep spray too is delightful. All products have been amazing.”

“I am a huge fan of the gruum products, one that I keep going back to is the SPF! However the bottle is fairly hard to squeeze and it lacks accessibility for those with lower levels of mobility.”

“Delivery was fast and price good. This was supposed to be a gift but the box was ruined because of the postage label. I wish it had been wrapped in an envelope or box instead. I ended up not gifting as didn’t look good without the box. I have kept the products but haven’t tried them yet.”

“love the serum, which is great on my face, which is why i decided to try some of the other products. Like the sunscreen, only used it a little so far. The hand cream i'm not so keen on - i find it very difficult to get the lotion out - maybe because my hands are arthritic but the packaging is very rigid. Took the top off and tried shaking and that helped, although difficult to regulate the amount. My hands are very dry and i don't find the cream helps a grea deal, i'm afraid! I like the ethos behind your products and will certainly keep using the serum.”

“I absolutely adore the shampoo bar, it's my favourite item, it doesn't dry the scalp and leave a suble sentence of coconut. The service is very good, the parcel is packed very well and the delivery is quick. I'm trying some other products, like the sunscreen, cleanser, face oil...so fare not impressed with the sunscreen, very (too) thick to spread on the skin and and them it seems to peel on my skin. But it might be a skin issue rather than the product. So far I'm satisfied with the brand.”

“Really like your products - shampoo, body wash and 3-in-1 bar are all brilliant. I use the first two every day and the third when I'm travelling. Less keen on your conditioner, maybe. Plus, although I like you not using artificial colours, my grandchildren can reek havoc by playing shops, leaving me clueless as to which white round bar is which! (I also have foot bars, etc.) Sadly, your tins with slightly dodgy sticky labels don't solve anything. They peel off... Could you differentiate the tins with a letter or a symbol of some kind? However, I'm delighted I decided to subscribe online. Always having what you need is great!”

“Purchased this as it was another rail card giveaway, couldn’t afford it otherwise and frankly the website is so tricky to navigate, I can only muster the energy to order when it’s on a railcard offer. Products are good but you need to sort the website out!”

“I received the perfume crayons (not sure how else to describe them!), and was tickled by the format. They smell very nice and are very easy to apply at any time of day. The only thing I would like is a more convenient way of storing them as I can't just leave them out because they would get dirty, so done sort of cap would be good.”
