“Communication poor but products (trial size) are lovely”

“After an initial hicup with my first order, ( I had to chase missing items) there has been no more issues. Ordering is straight forward and quality of product wonderland especially the Oljy Moisturising Dry Oil. It smells divine! I also love the companies ethos regarding 100% plastic and Cruelty free 😀”

“Happy with the products but find the moisturiser difficult to use as it does not come out of the bottle easily. Are you supposed to shake it or squeeze it. I find the bottle to hard to squeeze. Any ideas.”

“I'm just currently blown away with the lip condition. I liked the foot cream as it does wonders for my feet. I like how the face sunscreen just dissolves gently on my face.”

“The time taken to process and ship my order took a while but I am overall very pleased with the products I received! The products I believe are reasonably priced for the quality that you are given. I would highly recommend Gruum to anyone who’s looking for something both eco friendly and good for your body. A personal favourite is the passion fruit SPF lip balm - it’s amazing! Overall a great experience and would definitely buy again.”

“Nice packaging clearly labelled not sure if it's recyclable materials or not. An after sun face or body wash might be another nice product idea?”

“I think the products are great , packaged sustainably. The only issue for me is price.....they are all travel size , which is handy, and I'd buy for travelling, but for day to day use it would cost too much to use these products regularly”

“I like the products and the price. The sunscreen seems to work although it's a bit hard to get out of the container! Face wash is very good. The products agree with my sensitive skin.”
