“Love the products but packaging looks cheap, not enough to put me off of buying again . Love the bargain offers.”

“The ordering system is very easy, i like the product design and the packaging is very sustainable and compact which i love! The sunscreen bottle is a bit difficult to squeeze which makes it hard to dispense the right amount of sunscreen to use on the face. That’s the only reason why it wasn't 5/5!”

“Received mine a week ago, very skin friendly to my sensitive skin. Sunscreen doesn’t make me look overly pale either. Lovely packaging and received a few good offers/discounts from other companies along with the products. :) would recommend!”

“Most of your products are great, and I’ve given lots as gifts and used plenty myself. However, there are a couple of things which I am not totally satisfied with. The first was the cleansing bar which was said to remove makeup etc. This didn’t create any lather or even a slight creamyness and so did nothing whatsoever to cleanse my faces The second is really about packaging . I like the facial sun cream but it’s so difficult to get out of the rectangular shaped bottles. The same with the hand cream. I appreciate that this design is your signature style but it isn’t always the easiest shape to get a thicker consistency of cream out from!”

“I like the colour and bottle design of the items I’ve used, face sunscreen and face wash but found them awkward to use especially the sunscreen. The contents are good and I did particularly like the smell of the face wash.”

“Sampled Hydrating Hand Cream, Gentle Face Wash Bar and Nourishing Face Oil. Love the products and they smell really nice without being overpowering. My only issues are that the hand cream is difficult to get out of a tough plastic rectangular bottle and they are a tad pricey.”

“i am using shampoo (3 already) and facial clearer soap now. I love it. The shampoo is excellent as it is not dry after use. I dont even need to use conditioner. And it las very long too. Thanks for it. I am also using your face oil when I do face massage. I dont have particular comment on it. The one I used has no smell. sth good for me. i used the flat rectangle handcream, face cream and I really dont like the design. The containers is too hard and the cream is very very difficult to come out. I have to throw them away before I used them up.”

“Arrived quick with no damage on any of the boxes. Ive started using the charcoal face wash and it has made me have more of a glow then other artificial products and my skin generally feels cleaner. If anything the only downside is the bar was a bit small but I dont mind paying a little extra for a bigger version to last me longer.”

“I like Gruum products but I find your ordering page difficult when I try to pay by Apple Pay it takes me back in a loop to my name and address which I have already entered it could be the security on my phone but I have similar problems when paying on my tablet with a card”

“service was quick and easy. I do find it annoying to make an account but that's for everything. the product was great, clean and simple packaging. Just wish the sunscreen i had order had broad spectrum protection not just UVA. besides that everything was good. Thanks Groom”

“These are fab products. They do what they say without frills or fuss. Just quietly do the job. I have only one suggestion- change the packaging!! They look great but the cuboid shape is a nightmare! It’s so difficult for some of the creams to get out !!!!!!! I can’t squeeze them as the material is too stiff. I can’t get every last drop out- as I can’t get anything in to scape the packaging out. I hate waste ! It does put me off buying more.”

“Easy to order. Nice types of products. The soap smell really nice. The packaging is quite basic. Would’ve liked a bit of coloured tissue paper to make it feel more like a gift. The products were smaller than I expected they would look. I haven’t actually tried using them yet.”
