“Ordering with Gruum is easy. Subscription is simple to set up/amend/cancel. Have been loyally using their shampoo/conditioner for over 4 years. Also love the facial sun lotion, cleansers, the melting one in particular is fantastic. Deodorant is also extremely effective. Overall it’s great products at a sensible price point.”

“I bought the summer body shave set, and I thought the body polish and shave gel were quite nice. The razor itself is also okay, and I got this all at a very good price.”

“I was eager to try these products during a long holiday trip abroad as I thought one or two bars of soap would be better than several bottles for going through airports. They were! It was good to have less stuff BUT the big issue is what to put them in. The boxes disintegrated and I only had one of their little tins for three bars of soap. It led to them getting mucky, wearing down quickly, and eventually not being used. It's not easy to find a container to put them in, even now we are back, so I guess you need to shell out for tins for each bar if you're travelling (or even if you're not, if you want them to last) or find an appropriately sized alternative container.”

“I bought two bottles of kare moisturiser and they exuded a milky watery liquid not a proper cream as I am used to”

“So happy to find a company making a great range of products, that aren’t just kind to me but also are kind to the planet. The cleansing bars for skin leave me feeling clean & skin soft. Was a bit unsure about the shampoo & conditioner bars to start with, but I don’t think I can go back to using other products now. My hair is clean, shiny & healthy looking. Such a relief to not have so many plastic bottles hanging around the place too. Would highly recommend!”

“I am really happy with the products. From the moment the package arrived, I was impressed. The packaging is beautifully designed and really appeals to me. It feels premium while also reflecting your commitment to sustainability, which is something I value. I've also been delighted with the products themselves. “Quite poor quality packaging, looks cheap. All products I got gifted were quite bad. Sunscreen is not waterproof although it claims to be. I put it on and an hour later (when it was supposed to be absorbed) it all came off in the pool and I left an oily film behind me. Face mist has was too agressive smell and ingredients that I would not even consider putting it on my face. Roll on perfume - again, very cheap and basic smell, I tried it on my hand and had to wash it off immediately. There are many way better alternatives on the market so would not consider purchasing annything from this brand after an underwhelming experience with three of their products.”

“Easy to order and delivery was on time. Only one tiny problem the pillow spray mechanism would not work. It would not move at all. Luckily l had a bottle left over from a previous pillow spray and l just decanted the new spray liquid in to that. So sweet dreams are back on the schedule for next week. Lovely set of items by the way.”

“Love these natural products and the easy to travel containers, not round but flat, and the bars. Really sold on the face wash , smells so good and so effective. Sun lotion for body, SPF 30 is really comfortable to wear. Feel protected from the sun, no chemicals and not greasy. Friendly service.”
