“I have been looking for a solid shampoo bar that I like. I do like the product and it leaves my hair and scalp feeling good. I just wish it was easier to use. It takes a long time to get a lather and I find I have to hold my hair down with the other handwhile applying the bar. As an older person with arthritis it's really difficult. So I like the product but won't be re ordering. The face soap doen't lather and is like a slime that you apply to the face. I don't like the texture and won't reorder. It is diffcult to rinse off. The body soap its great - I got a bargin deal with the off cuts and have reordered this again. The year of roll on scents was a good deal and I really love the one I've got already Sandlewood with Tonka. I got the deal for small presents for friends and also myself. I haven't tried them all yet.”

It’s also great to hear the sets have made nice little gifts. We do understand your experience with using the shampoo bar, especially as it can take a little longer to build up a lather and may feel less convenient depending on your routine. Some customers find that lathering the bar in their hands first or using a small amount of warm water can help, but we completely appreciate that ease of use is really important. With the face soap, thank you as well for sharing your thoughts — our bars are made to be gentle and low-lather, which can feel quite different in texture, but we understand it’s not for everyone. “affordable, great quality skincare! my personal favourite is the glycolic acid toner and the vitamin c serum. i’ve tried a lot of different products but these help my skin so much. thank you Gruum!”

“I only 2 items in the gift set i complained n have recieved no refund or replacement!!!!!!!!!!. This type of thing has happened before I requested NO GRAPEFRUIT products as im on AMLODIPINE for my blood pressure and asked to swap I was told I could just to specify n say its been authorised in n email but I still recieved GRAPEFRUIT products although I'd requested a swap!!!! The its NOT A JOKE ITS LIFE THREATENING AMD THIS HAS BEEN EXPRESSED. AS THE PRODUCTS ARE NATURAL PRODUCTS AND CAN BE ABSORBED THE SKIN. LUCKILY MY DAUGHTERS NOTICED THE BARS HAD GRAPEFRUIT IN IT. I USE THE OTHER CHARCOAL BAR NOW. IT HAS NO GRAPEFRUIT. I HAD TO THROW THE OTHERS AWAY.”

“I had a really disappointing experience with this product. After using the oil, it actually burned my skin and caused a lot of discomfort. It felt harsh and irritating rather than soothing, which is the complete opposite of what I expected. Because of this reaction, I’m now very hesitant and honestly a bit afraid to try any other products from this brand. I would strongly recommend others to do a patch test first or proceed with caution”

“I ordered Gruum products via an offer from Matalan where I only had to pay for postage. The face soap hardly lathers and I would not order this again. I have not tried the other products.”

“I have been using the prickly pear oil for several months now. It is not a greasy oil at all, it just soaks into your skin and leaves it looking healthy and glowing. It's liquid gold,like botox ironing out any wrinkles when used every day. You only need a little as it goes a long way. Also good for your nail growth too. I absolutely love it.”
