“Products excellent and good quality but pricey. Extremely disappointed that despite help from your team we couldn't get the take20 or dm20 I had wouldn't work on any product combination And failed at checkout. So my daily mail reward was lost and I haven't reordered so lost mufree lip conditioner as well”

“I just love the roll-on scents for each season-they smell incredible and are so portable and make beautiful gifts too. I don’t like using sprays as they irritate my nose so this roll-on application is brilliant. Applying a little each morning just gives me a lift.”

“I absolutely love grüum products. They deliver on their promises and everything feels like a quality product. The only thing I would change are the square bottles as you can’t get the product out very well, especially the sunscreen. If you changed these bottles you would have a lot more customers. Especially as the sunscreen for your face is exceptionally good and doesn’t sting your eyes or leave a white cast. One of the best I’ve ever used.”

“I love grumm's products, especially their facial cleansing bars and shampoo and conditioner bars because they are lovely and not as expensive as other competitors. My only issue with the shampoo and conditioner bars is that there are no distinguishable designs on them to indicate which is which after you discard the boxes. That's a pain when you store them on a wire rack in your shower. They do tins but again no labels, the stickers I got way back were not good. If they sorted this I would give them a 5 rating. I've used other products too and they're all really great, no nonsense packaging and no giant bottles/packets so great for travel too. I just wish the bars (shampoo & conditioner) were easier to keep track of. As a woman in her 50s now I can't be bothered with bells and whistles for skincare. Gruum ticks that box for me and the soaps are leaving my skin in the best shape it's been post menopause.”
