“I ordered products on line before Christmas that never arrived & even sent a follow up message to grüum support & haven’t received any reply regarding where my order is or when it will be delivered !!. My order number is 6441334 Not impressed with Gruum & won’t be ordering anything else from them.”

“I received the advent calendar and then ordered some items really surprised how much I like this company and the products. The calendar is a good way to try lots of the products worth the money! Will be buying again!”

“Good products but the bottles weren't designed well. The base, for example, of a diffuser was rectangular with a proportionately tall bottle - meaning likely to fall over easily. Same with the lip balm bottles, proportiontely too tall and always fallin gover easily.”

“At Christmas, you sent me the wrong order. I emailed you to ask how you wished to proceed with rectifying this issue, and you did not reply. My advice on how you can improve is to send out the correct orders and respond to customer complaints. This would be a good starting point!”
