“I ordered two hair and body soaps and an exfoliating pumice bar. I only used the soap bars on my body as my hair is difficult to tame but I loved them. They smelled gorgeous and I would highly recommend Gruum products.”

“Dear Simon, Thank you for reaching out and for your kind message. I actually wanted to get in touch regarding an issue I had with one of your products. One of my favorite polos, a long-sleeve shirt, was unfortunately ruined by your roll-on fragrance oil. It seems the applicator on my Santorini Summer roll-on wasn’t properly fixed, and a significant amount of oil spilled onto my clothing. Despite several washes, I haven’t been able to remove the stain, which is really disappointing as it’s a shirt I truly liked. I really enjoy your products, and it’s unfortunate that this happened, as I understand oils can be tricky. I wanted to let you know in case there’s something that can be done to address this issue or to prevent it from happening in the future. Thank you for taking the time to read this. “I have rlly sensitive skin that loves to flare up but the face wash and Moisturiser was rlly gentle on my skin and hasn’t caused any irritation which is rare when I try new products so safe to say I rlly liked the products I got and will probably buy more in the future x”

“Ordering is pretty easy on the website. I have ordered products for myself and my partner on Gruum but they last so long (shampoo bars) that it's impossible for me to enter into a full time subscription. I'm not halfway through my blonde shampoo and I still have an unopened box. I do receive free offers via my Railcard every so often where I only pay the postage. My last order was via an offer and I passed it to a close friend for her to try - summer stuff for when we next go on holiday together.”
