I bought the wash bag, soap cleanser and facial cleanser as a package. Realistically the wash bag is very cheap feeling and isn't great. The two bars are adequate however, they're a lot smaller then I expected. The box they come in is maybe 2-3 times the size. I wouldn't purchase again

I bought the factor 50 sun cream. The product is good but very difficult to get out of the bottle. The hard plastic casing is very stiff and difficult to squeeze, the suncream is thick so doesn't flow out easily. It's a pain the use. I'd imagine I'll find it tricky to use all of the product as I'll be unable to get it out of the bottle.

You buy a product and they spam you emails. So here's my review since they wanted if before I even received a product. No product so far just a load of annoying emails.

Hi, Can’t say a lot. My products haven’t arrived yet and I payed extra for next day delivery, that was on Friday, it’s Monday still nothing has arrived.

Delivery was good as was the packaging but very disappointed about the variety of Wonki soaps. I ordered a kilo in anticipation that I would have a good mix of scented soaps and could then pick my favourites, sadly the two packs were identical and the majority was unscented. Pity!

I have emailed your support people earlier due to my concern re a recent duplicated order for which I've had no confirmation. What I did have was various emails to say my order was incomplete and also noticed items added to my basket which I didn't ask for?? Please can you get back to me with an explanation.

The delivery of the product was very efficient however I am not in love with the product itself. Being a female I use serums, eye creams and face moisturisers. I usually apply my SPF as the last step. Gruum cream pills even if I wait 30min after the application of my moisturiser. This is such a shame.

I have placed an order with Gruum & as yet after over a week have not received it even though they have advised it has been dispatched. I have also sent an enquiry to the Customer Service email but still no response.

I was emailed bu 'one of the founders of Gruum after placing an order today. It was not a great experience. The website was very slow but eventually, the items were placed in my basket and I was able to sign into my account. When I went to check out, however, the website hung for some time. I received an email from PayPal saying they had sent the relevant payment to Gruum and then a few seconds later an error message saying there had been an internal error and I was returned to my shopping basket. No email came within the next few minutes from Gruum so I was forced to place a request for help via their website. I'll happily review the products when they arrive but this isn't the first time I've had difficulties with the website, I've given up trying to change my subscription when I want to. I'm not ac tally sure if I have received a reply from customer service or not, the emails I have received just look like the ones I would expect following an order and none display the ticket number for the message I sent! Summary , great products, poor shopping experience.

Delivery package totally ruined as content of the relaxing sleep mist bottle leaked all over !Cap of the bottle open. I was looking forward to try but there is not much left to try :y Not happy :i

Hi! I tried one of your bundle deals which had shampoo, conditioner, and soaps. It was a good deal for what the inclusions were. Although I'd like to share that one bar of soap didn't last me for a week, it was very soluble, and leaving it inside the mesh bag even made it worse. The benefits and the scent were amazing, but I wouldn't buy again just because the price is not worth the number of uses.

I ordered the bathroom essentials VeryMe kit. It was an only-pay-postage offer from Vodafone but the kit was supposed to be worth 20 pounds. I just received it and it is all so tiny: tiny soap, tiny shampoo bar, like free toiletries you get in a hotel. It hardly feels worth those 3 pounds let alone 20.

I am a great supporter of your products and love your ethos. The shampoo and conditioner bars are lovely and well priced- I highly recommend them. I also love the body bars but sadly they don’t last long enough to justify the cost. I’ve been careful to keep the bar dry and I am the only person who uses it but it is still unlikely to last the month. This is so disappointing as I want my bathroom to be plastic free. I don’t mind paying a little more but this is sadly beyond my pocket and the off cuts are not the answer, smaller will just disappear even faster.
