It's a nice product, but the candle arrived with a crack in the glass. It was also 2 months late to my address in Spain, and I missed the opportunity to give it as a Christmas gift. I ordered it on 29 October, and it seemed that Gruum had forgotten to post it. When I followed up after one month, they asked for address confirmation and finally sent it. However, by the time it was attempted to be delivered, I was travelling for Christmas and could not take the delivery. Be careful if ordering from Gruum in the EU - expect to wait a little longer than advertised for the product.

Hi there, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, most SPF products will contain some chemical ingredients in order to provide the best protection. Our SPF is made from a combination of both minerals and chemicals. Where possible, we try to include as many naturally derived ingredients as possible to cut out those unnecessary chemical nasties. Octocrylene offers UVB protection and to some extent protection in the UVA ll range. Stabilizes other filters and improves water resistance. We only use very safe amounts of the ingredient. The concentration is always below 5 % in our formulations for sensory reasons. It is allowed up to 14,6 % (10 % of the acids equivalent). According to SCCS (the European Cosmetics Safety Organisation), it is safe and highly studied (toxicologically) and should not be denigrated by rumours. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) evaluated the safety of octocrylene for use in sunscreen products and found that concentrations of up to 10% are safe. The European Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety (SCCS) also stated that octocrylene is safe in products containing concentrations of no more than 10%. We adhere to the European/UK guidelines as that is where we register our products. We take their points on board and will look to see if there is something we can do in the future to reduce/remove it. Tris-biphenyl triazine is one of the most innovative UV filters that has been developed in recent years that provides exceptionally high UV protection. With extensive research and study the unique filter technology Tris-Biphenyl provides has pushed the boundaries of skin protection across the whole UV spectrum, such as UVB and UVA. Its ability to deflect UV rays outperforms other traditional sunscreen ingredients by helping to protect the skin with chemical and physical filters which is another reason why you will find this ingredient in other formulas apart from SPF. As the years continue you can expect to see ageing-preventing products include this talented sunscreen in their mixtures helping to prevent fine lines from becoming more deep set giving the skin a smoother, even complexion. Introductory offer so just paid the postage. Products were nice but I’d never pay the full price for these simply due to the size! £24 for 4 tiny soaps is ridiculous. It may not be but it seemed like abit of a scam. Saying I was getting something worth £24 for £4 was obviously a reason to give this a try but I wouldn’t pay much more than the £4 anyway.

Feel it is lacking scent and bubbles as the quantity per bar isn’t much overall skin is left feeling okay

I ordered and did not receive my set of products. I waited about a week past when it was meant to be delivered, then I emailed customer support. The response time was long and although I replied immediately when they eventually got back to me, I reconfirmed my address for them to send the products again, I never received a response to this email and still haven’t received the products I paid for. 2 stars because I’m hoping they do eventually resend what I’m owed.

Took up an offer and purchased some shower gel bars, very disappointed as not one of them would create any kind of lather, I ended up binning them. Pleased it was just a postage offer, as will not be making further purchases.

Hi Mark, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I apologize that you were disappointed with the lather of the Tvatta Shower Gel Bars. The Tvatta Shower gel bars, do not foam like regular shower gel as they are soap-free. The surfactant in the product is derived from coconut and cleans just as well however the bars do not create large bubbles but are more of a creamy layer that cleans and moisturises the skin at the same time. My first order to you and i didnt even get what i ordered i ordered 3 item and only got one you just took it upon your selves to send out alternative items never bothered to even email me to let me know that was happening an email asking if i would like an alternative or wait till they are back in stock talk about take the money and run not a good 1st time expeirence not best pleased

The stuff I ordered is good. However, I received the oska Premium Razor Handle, however I can't attach the razor head to the handle. It's missing a part, I guess.

I'm sorry but I have to be honest The soap smells of chip fat and was not pleasant Facial moisture bar is greasy and heavy on my face Facial serum feels sticky when applying Shower gel is ok but does not foam up great I'm sorry for this review but Gruum products are not for me

I have not used the products yet as I got them for holiday. However one thing that definitely needs improving is your packaging. I ordered a set of 3 which included a tanning oil for my holiday. When it arrived it was smashed the package and my floor were covered in oil.

Your sample package was most disappointing. Your pitch that it was worth £43 was misleading. If it was worth the £3.95 postage I paid then even that was extortionate.. Your marketing is good in that it leads one to buy. I had hoped to give my wife a gift as a surprise. She was. She was also underwhelmed.
