I did not like the body or hair soap but face soap is OK... none in which I would buy again .. I hate the sticky feeling il keep to dove

I think it's a bit misleading to say the product are worth £21 they look like samples to me. Same goes for the sunscreen and face oil. I haven't used them yet but not impressed so far.

Wow, glad i got this on a promo as wouldn't have liked to have paid full price, soap 50x30x15mm, washbag was a simple fold flat nylon type thing, facewash was reasonable. Very high prices for what you are actually getting

Received free samples which was ok, nothing special about these products , definitely would not purchase these items at the full rate , to many better products on the market for a lower price.

I ordered a travel set as a gift but was very disappointed with the condition of it when it arrived. The address label was stuck directly to the presentation box and sent through the post like that with no outer protection to the box and consequently the box had become squashed and damaged in the post, also I could not remove the address label without damaging the box further. Consequently I was not able to give it as a gift because it looked so awful, so that was my money wasted and it just had to go in the bin so I cannot comment on the products inside. Bearing in mind I had to pay £3.95 postage I do think it should have had some sort of protection for the goods inside.

items missing from order box half opened, was not at home when delivery was made. this is not the first time that I have had problems. had to wait twelve days for this delivery. find the whole experience of dealing with Gruum very frustrating.,

I love soap. I buy some soap aost every time I'm shopping. I hate shower gels etc. Lovely fragrant soap. I was delighted to find your website and order some lovely offcuts of soany different varieties. I have to say I'm so disappointed. Every offcut of soap smells exactly the same. I love grapefruit soap and sniffed eagerly for it but no grapefruit. No anything except peppermint area from the packaging. I'm sorry but I'll stick to TKMaxx for my soap.

The product itself seems good - but please change your packaging. The bottles you use are terrible - the lotion is thick and impossible to squeeze out of the container as the plastic is so stiff, and the sharp square corners will trap any remaining lotion !! Will not purchase again ….

Initially I was pleased with the products - quality wise and the speed it was sent. However, after a month of using the facial wash sparingly, I raised the issue about its actual content. 120ml gone in a month! They replied very promptly and offered to send a new one as a gesture of goodwill. Sadly that was exactly 6 weeks ago and still no product replacement until now. I am inclined to question the sincerity of the offer because I have been fobbed of with the most ridiculous excuses from a longer wait for orders during a promotional period to it being lost in transit. Funny how fast they are when you order, but the complete opposite when they have to make things right. Whatever the real reason is, I don't really care anymore. Definitely not wasting more of my time chasing up after them.

Purchased the luxury hair and body set. The shampoo bar is great however wouldn’t suggest if you have dry hair as I find it quite drying. The body bar and the face wash bar were tiny and both difficult to use as a result got the pack on sale but would not pay full price as the body wash bar is not worth it for the size and the feel of the product. I really like the concept behind the brand and the packaging ect, but the products are not quite as good as other similar concepts and are overpriced given the size of some. Really wanted to love it though.

The hydrating mist had no aroma of orange blossom. The sunscreen was difficult to apply.

Not bad but nothing special, I got the pack of wash bag, toothbrush, soap and body wash free through Vodafone, I would have been extremely disappointed if I’d had paid the £36 pound it was supposedly worth. Quality definitely doesn’t stand out.

Got a free toiletries bag with vodaphone network... picture on gtuum website looked like it was a good quality water proof one valued at around £20 but when go it it was very thin, not water proof and cheap looking so not sure want to purchase from here if quality the same, was looking at buying more for the family but won't be now.. sorry for negitive review 😕
