Products are okay, but nothing special. Can't see how the massive ingredients list is so environmentally freindly, especially as you need to buy a microscope to read them properly. Who is vetting their claims? Could it just be the usual ecoBS? My usual moisturiser is £2, has fewer ingredients, and I get twice as much as they put in their £9 moisturiser. Which raises rhe main issue - the price. Utterly ridiculous for what you get. A £5 bar of soap, the size of four sugar cubes, lasted three washes. I think their target market has shrunk dramatically due to recent maritime disasters. Definitely not living on the same planet as I am.

I’m sorry but the perfume called ‘Doft’ was so awful it went straight in the bin. Smelt like cat litter trays. Do something with lemons in, at least it will smell fresh and citrusy. I don’t know who thought it was a good idea but it was really bad. I wouldn’t even gift it to someone, was that horrid,

I've ordered some smaple products through our benefits offering becuse the brand talks a lot about their producsts being natural. And this, to some extent is true, but not for all products. I have around 6 differnet products and 3 of them are completerly natural, but the other 3 contain toxins. There a lots of apps that can check how good /natural cosmetics are, and only some of these come up as green. It's disapointing.

Don’t think I would buy again perfume is a bit oily for my liking and overpowering citrus smell

Pretty poor experiance to be honest. Had an offer from Vodafone where you paid the expensive delivery. At first only a couple of items turned up and this was nearly 2 weeks after the order. I then had to chase to get the rest which turned up more than a week later. I don’t mind paying delivery when you get fast delivery. This felt like a bit of a rip off.

Sorry does not help with my sleep don't think the lavender is very strong I have used lavender products before but this you hardly can smell

I was offered free package through Vodafone app suppose to worth £57, just for delivery cost which was £3.99. There were 4 small products, I would pay maximum £10 pounds for them if I buy them. While I did not lose money, I was dissapointed with the size and types of the products.

I have had several items through the vodaphone app now and it says £60 worth of products and pay the postage only as I’m a vodaphone customer, I tell you all now it is not £60 worth of products, a £1 each at best, I won’t be buying again unfortunately, my partner showed me the products and said they are not worth the £4 postage

Your Jet, Set & Glow travel set contains three products: The Tvatta Shower Gel Bar in Honeydew & Lime, which is a soap; the Solstraler After Sun Bar, meant for use after being in the sun, should be massaged into the skin; and the Cooling Bar in Peppermint, which is used to cool the skin and can be washed off in the shower or bath. I placed my order 27th June and still waiting for it to arrive. I have raised this query on several occasions and even tried the bot chat and had no joy. As it stands I am unable to leave a review on how I found a product I ordered when I am still waiting receive the product.

This is the second time I’ve ordered some Private and each time they smell So they’re really old. One of the things I ordered was the fragrance stick and all you could smell was wax disappointed.

Hi I was hoping to get in touch with Simon directly, in response to his e-mail... I've been pleased with most of the products that I've purchased from you but I wonder what comments you are getting for your Solid Fragrance Tikku. I took advantage of an offer you made for 3 'scent-sational secret weapon' [Ha, ha, I liked your joke!] Solid Fragrances. I thought it a great idea for travelling and avoiding having to pack liquid perfume separately. I also bought a pack for my niece who travels a lot on business but haven't given her it because I find it scentless. I'm more than half way through the Amber & Cardamom fragrance and have really persisted but your product has no perfume at all. I'm left wondering what I can do with the remaining 5 sticks... Is there any way I can get a refund, I wonder...

Too expensive. Makes me want to buy the plastic stuff so I can afford to eat. And the size, 5 showers and you are done. For £20+ I'm expecting atleast 3 months. Not a week.

Spf 30 50ml plastic bottle is so hard you can't squeeze the cream from it without shaking it down hard. It's a problem even when full.
