I was emailed bu 'one of the founders of Gruum after placing an order today. It was not a great experience. The website was very slow but eventually, the items were placed in my basket and I was able to sign into my account. When I went to check out, however, the website hung for some time. I received an email from PayPal saying they had sent the relevant payment to Gruum and then a few seconds later an error message saying there had been an internal error and I was returned to my shopping basket. No email came within the next few minutes from Gruum so I was forced to place a request for help via their website. I'll happily review the products when they arrive but this isn't the first time I've had difficulties with the website, I've given up trying to change my subscription when I want to. I'm not ac tally sure if I have received a reply from customer service or not, the emails I have received just look like the ones I would expect following an order and none display the ticket number for the message I sent! Summary , great products, poor shopping experience.
