“Honestly shocking and disgusting. You claimed to have given me a voucher for £37 worth of stuff which I claimed and made an order which I never received but paid an extra £10 for. Correspondence obfuscated my every concern and was vague. Worst service ever I don’t wish the best for you guys to be entirely honest.”

“I discovered this lovely little company just over 18mons ago when I was recovering from a long and debilitating illness...I love all my Gruum products from the delicate face wash and the sunscreen (which my teenage son uses too!) To the multi purpose balm and the cuticle oil! This has improved my nails immensely and I would never have bought it if I hadn't got it in a mystery box 😅 the packaging is neutral and stylish too and to top it off, Gruum is affordable, so everyone's a winner 🥇 including the planet! 🤗”

“I purchased the sun collection via a discounted promotion via work. I have used the face sunscreen which was easy to apply and didnt leave too much of a shine or sticky feel to my skin. The lip conditioner, wasnt as expected. It wasnt easy to get the lotion onto my lips and the ball seemed sunk into the conditioner making it hard to roll without plastic touching my lips also. I havent used the bar. I dont think id happily pay for this set without the discount I had. I am happy I tried it as it was a new company and sounds like they have put time and effort into their products.”

“Initially I tried the free trail of room fragrances, I was so impressed with the beautiful scents that I have just purchased my forst order. Since placing the land of nod reed defuser in my bedroom, it smells devine, not too over powering. I also love the room fragrance and spray it daily on my artifical flowers. I live in an old property and at times it could smell a little musty, that is now a thing of the past. Thanks Gruum!”

“Excellent, effective products. Great for sensitive skin. I'd like some more intensive hair conditioner in a pot or bottle. (Or as a serum concentrate?) The conditioner bars don't work great on my hair. Fave product is the Daily Defence Lotion spf 50. Thanks so much.”

“Simply divine! I adore all the skin and hair oils… they’re a treat .. moisturising and silky.. small lovely .. the body massage bars are lovely and nourishing. The reed diffusers smell amazing! As so the wax melts.. long lasting and lingering.. the packaging is beautiful .. the advent calendar was astounding! X I love grüum… love the discounts and subscribe and save… discovery club is always a lovely surprise.. sun are stuff is amazing.”

“The products are good and can tell they are made with care, the only think I think the company could think to include, is for the after sun oil bar to release a little packaging for it that’s maybe plastic or stronger as the paper one disintegrates after a while, to keep sustainability I would sell the normal paper ones and the hard packaging separate so people can reuse them”
