“Gruum is a lovely brand and I have ordered a few times. The customer service is great and as a customer you can really appreciate the effort they put in. It would be good if they could do a mini sampler gift set of some of its products that I could take away in my overnight bag or gift for friends to introduce them to the brand. Thanks again.”

“Lovely little business which it is lovely to be able to support. I have had a few of their sample boxes which is such a great idea as it gives me an idea of the fragrances & scents so I can purchase in future. Very reasonable cost for some nice scents.”

“I couldn't believe it when I received the starter pack off these guys! Still have the charcoal stick and am still flabbergasted by it as I have sensensitive skin! Also loved the Camomile soap, that was a lovely touch after being out in the sun at times. Thank you, always ✨️”

“I have been buying these products for a while now and I can truly say I’ve loved experiencing all of them on my hair and skin. I have noticed differences in my hair (looking more strong and healthier) and my skin (much more clearer and less dried out). I will continue recommending to others!”

“I ordered trial skin/hair care products . Not the only trial product. arrived promptly. No instructions. No idea if for face or body or hair. No idea if cleanse or moisturiser and therefore still in box and not used. No contact details in the box”

“the app was very easy to use, i ordered a skincare bundle after trying multiple other companies to try and help with my severe psoriasis , nothing had ever worked before and i thought might aswell give it a go, nothing has EVER given me the relief this brand has. thank you so much gruum for helping me”
