“Im a bit confused about one of your products, the “after sun face oil bar”. I was under the impression that products containing oils (sunflower, coconut etc.) should NOT be used on burnt skin, as they do not allow heat to escape from the surface, which is what is needed for the skin to heal..?”

“My favourite skin care brand ever. I’ve been using Gruum products for a few years now and, unlike other skincare i’ve used, my skin is still loving it. Everything this company makes is incredible quality and I can’t wait to use more of their products in the future. I can’t recommend the gentle moisturiser more. It’s a staple in my daily routine and i couldn’t go without it!”

“I live in the US and travelled on holiday to the UK. I thought I would be able to find the shampoo and conditioner in a shop, so I left it to the last minute. I placed the order online about 5 days before travel, and it was delivered in 2. I noticed I needed something else and placed the order, and it arrived before I left. I was very impressed with the customer service when I explained my situation. I also must add that I really like the products. Many thanks, I'm all set for quite a few months!”

“Excellent products for good prices. Not 5* because of the diffuser we bought which was very disappointing and didn't really smell of much at all. My favourite product is the Skira Melting Sleep Butter bar, which nourishes dry skin really well. I use it direct onto my body whilst in the shower or bath. Highly recommended.”

“Always love getting my products from grüum. Only one comment for improvement of the packaging of the facial sun cream. The square corners mean it's difficult to get to every last drop. Maybe a pot would be better. Just saying! 🙂”

“Subscribe and save us really good Ingredients are excellent! Some really lovely items that you just can’t really get elsewhere: - effective yet gentle face cleanser bars (no plastic!) - oil based fragrance in both spray and rolls-on form (although sadly the spray very easily leaks) - bar versions of loads of things you wouldn’t think of like after sun - very very effective SPF. Best spf for my skin and I trust it on my toddler’s skin too! Wish it was available in a bigger bottle though! Love that it’s (almost) all British too”
