“I ordered Gruum skincare set and was impressed. The products seem natural and not harsh or heavily scented. But they are calming and relaxing and ideal as a little treat for yourself or to take away for travel as bottles are small enough to take in hand luggage. Will be sure to order more when this set runs out”

“I recently had an issue with my grüum order, where the lugna Calming Spray arrived faulty and the hydrat Moisture Massage Bar was missing. Despite this, I’m giving grüum five stars for their outstanding customer service and fantastic products. Their team responded promptly, apologized sincerely, and arranged for replacements to be sent via tracked service, ensuring everything arrived quickly. The lugna Calming Spray is incredibly soothing, with its calming blend of natural ingredients, and the hydrat Moisture Massage Bar leaves my skin hydrated and refreshed. grüum turned a minor hiccup into a great experience, and I highly recommend their products and service!”

“Nice products and reasonably priced. The lavendar face wash and face balm are amazing! My suggestion for improvement would be the quality of some of the packaging as I understand it is eco friendly however some products feel a bit flimsy to use. For example im struggling to use my the room frangrance spray as the pump doesnt work that well and makes the bottle crease up as is thin. Overall though highly recommend.”

“Of all the things I loved about this brand, what I loved most was how they handled my complaint about my missing package. They apologised and immediately ordered for the redelivery of the exact package I ordered and the delivery was fast and furious 🤭. It made me feel so happy. The products itself are so soothing to the skin. I loved the facial bar soap and the bar creams they are very good and smells amazing 😍. Will definitely be ordering more products in due time. I'm now a gruum fan!”

“Excellent service, ordering was very smooth, I did purchase the trial package and I am delighted with it, I had some dry skin on my forehead and tried all sorts of products from the cheap to the very expensive and this seems to be doing the trick, only been using it about 2/3 weeks and have plenty left. I will be ordering again. Well done guys.”

“Fantastic products - love all of them, especially the the face wash and serum, leaves my skin smooth and feels hydrated. The lip serum is awesome, applied overnight and they feel rejuvinated by morning. The packaging is all recycled materials which I love and all products are cruely free. Will defo be back for more :)”
