“The only reason for not giving you 5 stars is that you are still using outdated postal services. I don't like having to take a day off to sit at home and wait for postman to appear. It's wasting my time. Please go with the time and add inPost to your delivery choices. I love your products but I won't bother buying again of only option to get your products is by RoyalMail. Sorry”

“I have been buying products from Gruum for several years and I am impressed with all the products I have bought. The web site is easy to navigate and the range available is great. Each item has a good description of what it does and what it contains. Delivery is good and I love the packaging, what more could I ask for. My family are very impressed with the products I am using and consequently they are now using Gruum products.”

“I love your products I find they are gentle on my skin. My granddaughter also loves them so I always order for her as well. I find the relaxing sleep mist really helps me to relax. Your products are amazing keep up the good work.”

“Bought a starter pack just to try out a few weeks ago, then bought the 4 pack of razor blades because it was so good to use. Super sharp, super smooth shave. The best razors I’ve used. Hands down. Defo, 100% recommend.”

“Was a bit surprised at size of products, was this really £31 worth? Seems quite nice but really only ordered as came as free via Railcard, having to pay postage of £4.95. Good luck to you in your venture but these products are much to expensive for me”

“Excellent service and wonderful products. I love the hair care range and the skin oil, thoroughly recommend all of them. My only problem is I cannot read the instructions the print is so small. Maybe you could put the instructions separately or on your website so that I can read them. Thank you.”

“My first order from Grüum was beard oil beard balm and a set of scents the ordering process was easy each product was first class and the aroma of the scents was brilliant plus no plastic and vegan friendly they arrived safely quickly and no damage this was my first order but certainly not my last”
