“Products smell and feel amazing definitely worth the money”

“The products I received were quite different fragrance wise, to what I'm used to. However, I can't say I loved the smell, but it was pleasant enough for me to carry on using.”

“I received the advent calendar and then ordered some items really surprised how much I like this company and the products. The calendar is a good way to try lots of the products worth the money! Will be buying again!”

“Good products but the bottles weren't designed well. The base, for example, of a diffuser was rectangular with a proportionately tall bottle - meaning likely to fall over easily. Same with the lip balm bottles, proportiontely too tall and always fallin gover easily.”

“At Christmas, you sent me the wrong order. I emailed you to ask how you wished to proceed with rectifying this issue, and you did not reply. My advice on how you can improve is to send out the correct orders and respond to customer complaints. This would be a good starting point!”

“I really enjoy the Gruum products. I use the facial wash daily and have used the facial oil previously. I recently received a lip balm which isn’t my favourite however will continue to use other products.”

“Ordered a promotional pack of shaving products to see what they are like. Delivery was very quick. On the first shave the razor broke and I thought that’s it. I emailed the team and sent a pic (of the broken clip on the razor) and they got back to me within a few hours. I didn’t have to send the razor back as they could see from the pic what had happened. Two days later a new razor arrived. Products are very good. The oil and shave gel work perfectly together and the post shave balm is fab. I would recommend this company for the customer service and products that us men use. Yes they are not the cheapest, but if you spend a few more pennies you’ll get so much more by using this company.”
