“I tried this on the promotional offer thinking it would be great to try when I travelled. I was very impressed. The face wash was brilliant. I had a bit of eczema around my eye and it cleared up in a couple of days. I was dubious about the shampoo and conditioner but they lathered well and rinsed out well leaving hair silky. I was so impressed I bought my sister some as an anniversary present!”

“I really like your products . I have very sensitive skin so have to be very careful with everything I use . I’ve had no problems with everything I’ve tried . I use your cleanser moisturiser and suncream everyday , face serum at night . It would be great if you could branch out into make up . Just a few basic things foundation , mascara lipstick .”

“Was disappointed as I had previously been given 2 hydrat moisture massage bars, Lavender and Neroli. They were brilliant, really strong perfume and was great on eczema on my hands. I stopped using steroid cream.. the 6 I ordered were in an orange box not purple and have little smell, also not helping my hands much.”

Hi Dianne, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Sorry to hear that you have ordered new hydrat bars and they don't appear to be what you were expecting. They are made with lavender, neroli and cocoa butter. As we produce stock in batches some do vary from one to the next however the ingredients all remain the same. “Love the products that I use, particularly the shampoo bars and body butter. Really easy to order, and usually very quick delivery. On this most recent order it was apparently dispatched in two lots (a surprise as it wasn't a large order), and one of the small parcels was not delivered. Very quickly rectified and balance of order was delivered within days of me contacting Gruum.”

“Got the shampoo and conditioner bars , the shampoo bar was great and quickly lathered up , the conditioner bar took a little longer but worked great on my coloured hair , be great to take on holidays , would buy again !”

“I ordered the products via the Martin Lewis website and ordered an additional product that complemented the original offer. I am very happy with the value of my purchase and the quality and packaging looks great. I haven't tried any yet because I'm undecided whether to keep it for myself or give it as a present for my sister.It looks very holesom and smells great. I cannot say more about it until I or my sister have used it”

“Good quality products only problem is that comes paper wrapped ...so if one has a few Products ( I have shampoo bar, facial cleanser, conditioner, body butter, face wash) how many dish soaps are needed. For that reason I will not order again.”

“For a company that is selling sustainable products, I was really surprised that the box contained polystyrene plug packaging - natural alternatives are available so use them please otherwise your environmental claims are hypocritical.”

Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. All packing materials we use are recyclable, the packing peanuts are made from corn starch, and they are biodegradable so can be recycled along with your compostable waste.
