“Lovely products, kind to the enviroment and well packaged in compostable materials. The prices when on offer are very good and there always seems to be offers on.I find the bars are excellent for travelling.”

“I love gruum products. They work! They’re pleasant smelling and do what they say they will do. However, the packaging is awful. I can only use half of a cream product from the bottles as long as I stand them upside down. Then I have to try and cut the bottle open to get the rest of the product. I’ve had to move to a different face sunscreen because of this problem which I hate because I loved gruum factor 50.”

“The products are amazing but some tweaks are needed. The calming spray needs to be more potent if it was it would be amazing. I love the no nasties claim as it’s true. I suffer with terrible cysts on my sling and I haven’t suffered since using your products. The prickly pear oil is stunning and especially for us ladies going through menopause, it nourishes the skin in short it’s YUMMY! The facial refresh gel is not so great it drys like chalk on the skin. The soaps are great but really should come with a case to store as we know all soaps when left store bacteria. My self and my mother both ordered with a voucher of £20 from Vodafone. On my first attempt of ordering I couldn’t get anything that suited me so I contacted your team and after SEVERAL back and forth emails they agreed to let me have the products I required. It came quite quickly. My mother ordered and there was very limited products most sold out and it took weeks to come. As a result I doubt we will order regular given the trust and supply and demand isn’t quite right which is a shame. I think you would benefit from mix and match boxes to get your products out there without limiting new customers when using a promotion voucher. Your products could be great but your service could be so much better.”

“I love gruums products, I have switched all my old products to gruum. Hair care, skin care, body and face. I have been using them for a while now and could not recommend enough! I have sensitivities and intolerances and I have had no problems with anything from gruum. I just switched my last product as I was addicted to my old shower gel and now I’m obsessed with gruum soap bars, I can’t believe how soft they leave my skin compared to my old shower gel that had built in moisturiser. I have just bought a candle and honestly I wish I’d switched my candles sooner! Cannot recommend these products enough.”

“*Exceptional Service & Amazing Products!* I came across Grüum through another company I was using—they had a great offer on some of their products, so I decided to give them a try. I ended up having a small issue with my address (completely my fault!), but the team at Grüum were absolutely amazing. They quickly resent the product without any hassle, which was such a relief. Then, I noticed an item was missing from the package. I reached out to them, and again, they were super responsive and sorted it out straight away. Both times I contacted them, their customer service was spot on—quick, helpful, and genuinely caring. As for the products themselves: incredible! Everything I ordered (plus a free item!) has been amazing—great quality and exactly what I was looking for. It’s clear that the Grüum team really cares about both their customers and the quality of what they offer. A company is only as good as the people behind it, and Grüum has clearly got it right. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Keep up the fantastic work!”

“As cheap as it was the suncream daily spf50 was showing as a 0 out of 100% on yuka. Endocrine disrupted, not great for keeping on your skin every day. Work on your ingredients please.”
