“Very good quality stuff. But the problem is the application of these products. E.g. the body moisturise bar, it is difficult to apply it on body using bear hand. After using it, some residue left on hands. Another example is the facial wash bar, not sure where to leave it after using it (well, have to buy a soap bar container for that?). The same thing for the facial serum, it is difficult to control how much you pour on to the palm.”

“I love gruum products but I hate the square grey bottles. It looks cheap, masculine and industrial and not what I want to have on my dressing table or in my bathroom. If you had different packaging I would definitely buy more as the products themselves are lovely but your design /marketing really let's you down in my opinion.”

“I like Gruum products and have had quite a bit of stuff over the years. Honest review, razors are great, not massive fan of the after balm but it wasn't too bad. The toothpaste tabs ain't cracking. Like the soaps but the shampoo bar while it worked well had no smell. It is a really saturated market at the minute and you have carved out a good brand but feel ther are some better smelling products cheaper. I have a face regime daily but don't use gruum as nothing is specifically male scented and the toner is double the cost of what I currently use (wouldn't mind a couple of quid more. I would recommend most things. PS. Royal mail like to empty your boxes so must be decent haha”

“I first bought the soap and shampoo, really lovely to use. This time I got the candles and reed diffusers. The reed diffusers only smell faintly, and the candles sadly don't smell nice at all. All I can smell is the soy wax of the candles.”

“I ordered the candle, diffuser and wax melt set for £15.00. I was initially underwhelmed by it but figured it wasn’t going to be all That due to the price! The diffusers are very small! However … I used the wax melts and they smelt amazing! Haven’t tried the others yet . Took a bit longer to come than I would have liked also”

“Ordering was easy, however during check out my page crashed so I started again. Later I found I had em been charged twice. I emailed a couple of times and this as then resolved Enjoying the products I have ordered and will order some again and try some other products too in the future”

“Really surprised at how good the shampoo bar is - hair left soft and smooth unlike other bars which have left a sticky deposit. The body wash bar smells great but is little drying for my mature skin. The brightening facial cleanser certainly cleans leaving my skin feeling clear of make up and the daily grime. Overall, these products seem to last quite a while and are a pleasure to use. I would be tempted to reorder.”
