“Love the soap, one of them has an amazing smell so I went to ordered and to my disappointment they don't sell? Strange to send out a free pack to try then you can't order?? Missing a trick there guys”

“I have to say, that all the products I’ve tried, are really beautiful. The body lotion and body butter are so nourishing. The hand cream is so good for my dry eczema prone skin on hands. It actually soothes them. The only gripe I have, which I feel needs to be addressed immediately, is the bottle that carries the hand cream. It’s a square very hard plastic bottle, which is ok, for the first three or four pumps, but then it’s a real pain. I’ve squeezed the bottle to get more cream out, to no prevail. I’m now having to use a cotton bud, to get this cream out. The plastic bottle is rock hard, and will not release the cream. It hurts your hand with the squeezing, hence the cotton bud. But the cream is pure nectar. It smells slightly citrus and fresh. Most of all my hands drink it up. It’s nectar.”

“I received 4 small soaps, each representing a season, following a promotion linked to my Senior Railcard. All I had to pay was postage. Delivery was very quick and the packaging was a breath of fresh air - no plastic! I've started to use the Spring soap. It had a very pleasant fragrance when I used it first but today, the fourth time, I couldn't detect any perfume. There is no lather either and that is disconcerting at first. I'm still getting used to it. I've not had any problems with irritation and sensitivity but I'm only using the soap on my body. Perhaps a lack of fragrance and lather is a good thing. I'm impressed by the ethos of Gruum but at the moment I don't know if I will order again.”

“I bought the Sleep set (pillow spray, temple balm and bath melt), all smelt gorgeous and very easy to use. The packaging was simple and neat. Would happily buy from here again.”

“I have been very happy with all products from Gruum, or should I say my hair and skin has been very happy with any Gruum product I have used to date. Product and packaging seem to be ethically souced which makes me - and the planet - happy The only niggle that I have about Gruum is their subscription package - a very good idea and good for my pocket but I don't find it 'user friendly' Twice I have tried to alter existing subscriptions and both times thay have gone wrong. On my last try to alter my subscription three orders arrived, my original subscription, my re-arranged subscription and a duplicate, and was charged on my Bank account for all three!! To be fair to Gruum they re-arranged free return of the two wrong orders and re-credited my Bank account within 3 days. I have seen that other people have had similar problems when trying to amend their subscription account, so it seems I am not alone which is slightly re-assuring..... But I shall continue to use their products and hopefully conquer the subsciption alteration minefield.”

“I love the products and that they are amazing for travel! I rarely bring carry luggage so this is great for my hand luggage. My only gripe is that some products like the face cream is heavily fragranced and are a little greasy”

“Received gruum products on a promotion. Face cleanser is beautiful.. not drying on my skin. The moisturiser is also very gentle. No reactions . I also love the hand cream. I shall be buying more products.”

“Please sort your website out. I got stuck in a loop with "free vouchers" and couldn't get out of it and back to my basket. You are after all offering products I like and want to order but this has put me off big time”

“Website was easy to navigate. I appreciate the first time purchase offer that meant my order was free and I just paid for delivery. The idea is good, the packaging is nice, I appreciate the good ingredients and sustainability. The shower gel bar doesn't produce very much lather however, it takes a lot of rubbing to get it to produce any bubbles which makes it hard to apply to the body in any decent amount.”
