“I've just started to use the Nourishing Face Oil. You only need a very small amount. It feels oily at first but after 5-10 minutes, it's all absorbed. It doesn't seem to sit well with my current moisturiser as it forms a residue on rubbing (maybe I rub too much). My skin does look a bit more luminous though, even after only a few uses. The hand cream smells gorgeous, is light and refreshing but not overly intense. Good for everyday use but not for more rough, working hands.”

“Gruum offer some really great products and are some of the best ecofriendly products I've ever used - all their bars come in paper packaging, no plastic involved with I love. Their Nourishing shampoo bar is the best I've ever found (work well and smell good), and I love their charcoal face bar (Brightening Facial Cleanser). Though I am not a fan of their sunscreen (SPF30 5* UVA Face Sunscreen) - it gives a bit of a white cast and isn't non-greasy, at least not for me.”

“I received these products as part of a promotional deal through my work place, I just had to pay the postage. I’m actually impressed with the items so far, the face oil is light without an over powering scent & the cleaning balm is very refreshing and doesn’t irritate my skin. I’m really happy with my items :) thank you”

“All the products that I have used are very nice and seem to be good value. My only quibble is the amount of plastic used for some of the containers. For instance the skin spray is an awful lot of plastic for a small amount of the product. Madness. Wish that more cosmetic manufacturers would start to consider envirolmental facters when creating their packaging.”

“Dear Simon, I didn't get what I thought I ordered? And therefore I share the email I've replied to Gruum sent 07/03/24 Order #4592800. Razors for shaving Dear Sue, Here is what I ordered:- a) The visual and description does indicate 4 off (A pack of four) I ordered two of each = 8 of each therefore a total of 8+8=16. I received 2+2, of each type. b) The description shows a handle; this is a an error, I would suggest and that on this view there is no indication that handles are not supplied. This is a trades description and implied mistake. On review I see that below these pictures you indicate handles with pictures including the heads; which does now in hind-sight giver a clue. So okay, I suggest two things. Either 1. I return the four heads received to the senders address and get a refund for said items £9.52 and P&P (About a £1:50 Say) or you supply me the remaining order and a handle that I will purchase. You choose, please let me know your decision. Your faithful customer Patrick Krowllaw (Retired Quality Eng.) Dear Simon I think it's important to feedback...the payment operation was also difficult and I nearly gave up.. So far I've spent over an hour ordering and writting.... your success has slowed down access to you website and feedback also.... hay I wish you well Patrick Krowllaw”

“The products are excellent but packaging is not great for when you want to gift it to a friend as the delivery sticker doesn't come off nicely, packaging could be improved perhaps also wrapped in a paper bag or something.”

“I ordered a set which came with a brightening cleanser, shampoo and body wash. I was very impressed with the quality and how you could see an instant effect after using the products. The only improvements i would say is, because its a set the cleanser and body wash bars are a little smaller than the shampoo and so they run out quicker, if their size could be increased? (especially since the body wash is for the whole body). Other than that, the ingredients seem well researched and the fragrances are beautiful.”

“I've really liked Grüum products for a long time now, across the range from soaps to toothpaste tablets. Having recently moved to Europe and received an order here, I've been surprised with additional custom costs at the point of delivery, so making me weary about ordering again too often...that would be the reason for a star off.”
