“I am very satisfied with the products I received but not with the dispenser. I ordered 2 items which came in a small glass bottle with a silver metal ball which made it a "roll-on" however, the ball would not roll. Gruum did replace both products with new at no charge but the replacements were no better. This is a design flaw which needs to be addressed. That being said, customer service went above and beyond to attempt to rectify the problem.”

“Love the charcoal face wash bar. The shampoo bar lathers really well. The conditioning bar was a little disappointing - it disintegrated after only a few washes. I would definitely get the shampoo bar again though!”

“I received the make up remover bar and under eye treatment The eye treatment is in a bottle with a silver roller ball which is cool to the eye. I have noticed a difference in the puffiness reducing below my eye. The make up remover I wouldn't say it is any better than my normal over the counter remover. As it was £37 for both. Not sure I have that kind of money to buy the product again. But I'd like to wish the company good luck with their future business. Maybe aim more at professionals who have the extra cash.”

“Easy to order and fast delivery. The eye serum feels lovely and cooling - think I would have to use it a little longer before commenting on it's effectiveness on fine lines and wrinkles. The make up removing cleansing oil bar does a good job but would be much better if the edges were rounded like many bars or soap are - it feels quite uncomfortable when trying to rub across your face with the hard edges. I will definitely use gruum again in the future as I like the brand and their ethos.”

“All of my previous orders have been of fantastic quality and delivery very prompt,but my latest order had a scented candle included and unfortunately the glass cracked with the candle still alight, fortunately I happened to be in the room when this happened”

“, I am currently using Gruum products and received a free offer recently. However, I have noticed that there has been an increase in your prices, and although I love the shampoo bars, I will be looking to source them elsewhere as the price point is too high unless bought via a subscription. However, I will continue to monitor your website for offers which offer good value for money.”

“The products are great - I have no problem with the products. What I do have a problem with is the subscription service. You can only have a repeat order for every 1, 2, or 3 months. There are no other options. There are no reminders for when your subscription will be sent. I only know when it's happening when the money comes out, and by then it's too late to amend the order.”

“Wonderful parcel/packaging Facial cream fabulous (better than the one I usually use). Hand cream a lovely smell, gentle and effective but v difficult to get out of the bottle.”
