“The solid shampoo suits my dry hair. The facial sunscreen was not greasy but provided moisture and full protection. No red face this summer! I also love the Luxurious hand cream.”

“Very easy to order in the website and goods arrive in good time simple easy recognisable packaging no fuss and good sizes make things affordable to try. Very happy with my purchase of prickly pear oil .. sinks into my sensitive skin without feeling that oily gloopy stickiness .. living it”

“Everything I have bought smells absolutely beautiful. I only buy the offers which are on offer through Martin Lewis because they are brilliant value for money. The only complaint I have is the delivery. None of my deliveries have been when they should have arrived and that can be frustrating. I am 80 years old and not very technically minded !!!”

“The skincare products for face and body suit my skin really well. I also use the room fragrances. However the shampoo/conditioner doesnt quite work for me for exclusive long term use as the ends of my hair get dry and frizzy. The shampoo works better than the conditioner but I still use them when travelling as they are so much more convenient. Just started using the heat protection spray and that seems to be very good so far. The website sometimes seems very slow, some of that may be my broadband service as I am rural area, but it is a little worse than most for getting hung up abd doesnt return to the previous page very well. My biggest ask woukd be more options on the subscription scheduling... I dont need everything every 3 months, I was building up too much of a stockpile. But I like to try some of the new products that come out, and the sales and offers are fab. I keep buying for the environmental ethos too, dont change that!”

“Its easy to order on line (even for a senior citixen) I use a lot of skin care products and they are excellent for my skin . There are often offers available , which I try to obtain . Delivery is quick and package minimal. The products make a great present .”

“I love Gruum products! My favourites are the shampoo and conditioner bars! My hair is shiny and soft after use and the bars last for ages. I travel a lot so they beat bottles hands down! I also love the serum (gorgeous orange aroma) which really has made a difference to my skin. And I adore the moisturiser and facial sun screen. These products are superb and the containers are small enough for hand luggage. Small but amazingly long lasting as you only need a small amount each time you use a product.”

“All the products i have received have been excellent, and delivery has been quick. I like that you can save on subscriptions and that way you dont run out.also the prices ate very affordable that cant be said about a lot of beauty products. “Some of the deals are very good Love their soaps Husband didnt rate the razors from the shaving box set but the balm and gel were OK The summer set was good, although not a fan of the lip roller balm.”

“I'm so impressed with all the grumm products that I've tried and I've definitely got a few regular favourites that I buy. The products are always good quality and do exactly what they say. I love the fact that they're sustainable without having to compromise on quality or usability. The site is easy to use and delivery is usually quite quick. I really recommend trying them”
