“I'll try n be constructive,non constructive criticism is neither here nor there,the product,s you've sent are too small,not sure what a customer can do with the roll on,s,mega small,and the soap 🧼🧼 is again way to small to do anything with them, overall very underwhelming Brian”

“Perfect multi use products. Healthy for body and mind. Great for my sensitive eczema skin and those oils and butters though marketed for body are brilliant for my afro hair too! Hard to find genuine affordable natural products and you can tell how passionate the company is. I had a rapid response and rectification when I accidentally placed an order to the wrong address and I've loved everything I've got from gruum so far. Lip conditioner, butters, oils and fragrances and adore the spray that I use to mist my face every morning x P.S GREAT for post partum skin issues too x”

“Gruum's shampoo bars are the best thing I've done for my hair. They lather up a lot more than other shampoo bars I've tried so your hair feels cleaner. I have brightly coloured hair and they don't strip the colour. They last ages and my hair feels thicker and healthier. My son has very sensitive skin and they've been great for him. Love them, I recommend them to everyone!”

“Shocking win, thought I had won something special with McDonald's. Paid £3.95 for the delivery which took ages just to receive, and when it arrived it looked like testers. Tiny piece of soap the same you get for free in a hotel claiming its worth £16. All your doing with these marketing stunts is alienating people. Out of principle I will never buy your product.”

“I really like the products I purchased, in particular the coconut soap but. The smell is just so great. But it’s not just the smell, the quality is great, it does the job! Takes a little space. Love it!”

“The LNER perks came up on the train from London to Manchester. Never ever heard of Gruum thought I would give it a whirl and I have reordered within a week. The eira face oil is amazing. I love it. Especially for us ladies of menopausal age my skin feels great this week!! Love the oga under eye treatment, Lapp lip conditioner and the November fragrances especially the plum and tonka it’s so fresh. Ordered the hair range to try and more of the eira oil.. Never realised it was a Manchester based firm and I live in Manchester. Love the concept. Great space saving items to pack for when working away. Delivery on time. Fab pricing. Can’t fault.”
