“Any body thinking of wasting their money on buying from this company be warned. The sales is nothing more than a scam, VFM I very much doubt it. What you get are nothing more than samples given free from the big department stores. Don't even bother complaining as the service dept. Must be totally AI. Joke of a company.”

“Products are lovely, but I don't know how you can say they are also friendly on your pocket. I was lucky enough to win free products. Purchasing more is way out of my budget but for those who can afford them, I'd recommend them.”

“Absolutely amazing site. Love everything about it. The hair and face items are soooo good. Don't dry skin either. The room sprays smell amazing along the diffusers too. Win win for me. Nicely packaged and all recyclable. Great prices fast delivery too. 100% definitely recommended.”

“This is the first time I have used your products. I was recommended by a friend so I ordered a few bits including the hair soap bar. I have to say it is amazing and leaves my hair shiny, clean and soft. I was so impressed that as a present to myself I ordered the advent calendar - can’t wait til 1st December. 👏🙏”

“I love gruum products. They smell and feel great. I like the regular offers. The only thing I would say is the square bottles are tricky to get the thicker products out of and I wish the shampoo bars cost the same as a bottle of shampoo to encourage more to swap over and help the environment.”

“Very disappointing. Packaging and branding is good as is delivery. The products we got were greasy and oily and not pleasant to use. Finally compared to other similar products I feel they are overpriced.”
