“I did not receive anything for free for this review. Great experience, delivery is always fast, and the product are always high quality. Some surprise favourites are the fragrances, they are like an oil, but smell so clean. And the 5kg odd bags of soap! Bang on guys!”

“Gruum have some lovely and fresh face, body and home fragrance products. I've been buying from them for a couple years now and are never disappointed. Recently bought all 3 of their deodorant fragrances. They smell great and work well.”

“A great range of products in the bundle, most of them I will give as gifts. Great value. My partner loves a bar of soap rather than shower gel. I've bought quite a few items in the past for stocking fillers. The Christmas & Halloween fizzers are fun and prettily packaged. I didn't get on with the facial wash too drying for my sensitive skin. The prickly pear oil is great value and is well known for its benefits. I love the seasonal roll on fragrances, pretty bottles, great gift idea. After sales for a missing item was excellent.”

“I use the prickly pear oil twice a day, it’s great quality and competitively priced. Ordering is easy and as I buy two bottles, no p and p charge. As soap was on offer, I bought one and it’s super.”

“I have been buying Gruum products for a while now. Generally, I love their products, especially their dry oils and SPF creams. However, I have been very disappointed in the service they have offerer lately. I have just received two orders. Delivery was very efficient. No complaints there. My second order promised a free full size product surprise. I had hoped that, given their range of products, they would have selected something useful. But no. Their 'free surprise' product was a roll-on perfume. This may cost £12 for those who want to order such things but as it's not something I have EVER ordered, it is of no more use to me than the plastic packaging materials. I also ordered a Kakadu facial serum - by mistake as it happens because I hadn't realised the one I already had was the same product. I'm afraid this facial serum is absolute rubbish. It is just like water. There is no fragrance, no 'serum' feel to it and no substance as far as I can see. It dries on my face like glue. A total waste of money. In fact I think it may just be water. So I am sorry, Gruum, but you are disappointing me too many times to maintain your previous 10/10 rating. You started off so well. Perhaps success means you no longer need to really bother with customer satisfaction. Disappointing all round.”

“The products themselves seem pretty good. However they send DAILY email usually around 7am and after a 6 weeks of unsubscribing DAILY and chasing Gruum customer services to delete my data to stop the emails, I received yet another one to review their services. So here it is. Unfortunately the tech/software issues have put me off this company massively.”

“I love the brand, the way it looks, it feels, I can sense there is a lot of care and thought. The products are excellent, I’ve tried quite a few over the last couple of years, ranging from face products, hair, toothpaste. All of them are the top quality and have shown good results on the skin, never had any problems with any of the products. Prices are reasonable and even when I find something a bit expensive, I always remember I am guaranteed to receive quality, so if I can afford it at the time, I don’t mind. And they have regular promotions to get why you need for your routine. I have been not only recommending, but I also offered gifts from my orders and received good feedback.”

“All these products work for my sensitive and dry skin the sizes are perfect for taking on short breaks, I went away for a week and still came back with plenty to spare, a little goes a long way. I'm allergic to colour and perfumes so really appreciate these are so natural ✨️”
